Being a new resident to the city of Boulevard, we did not know how hard it would be to get serviced out here. Our water heater went out, and when i called around to get a technician to come out here they either didn't know where Boulevard was or they were trying to charge $170 just to come out and diagnose what the problem was. But when i called these guys they knew exactly where Boulevard was and their service charge was way more reasonable. They kept me updated with the status of part delivery and as soon as they had it they came to install it. Justin and Dakota where super friendly and professional, they understood the severity of the situation, as not having hot water for a week was not fun at all. These guys are smart, knowledgeable, gracious and kind. No creepy vibe. I mention the ""no creepy vibe"" part because there's a local plumbing company we hired for a toilet repair that HAS a definite creepy vibe.

Our kitchen floor kept getting covered with water. There was no discernible leak beneath the sink. To top it off we're in the middle of a move. Boxes all over the place. Complete disarray. I worried the kitchen leak would saturate our loaded boxes.

They identified the source of the pipe burst and went to work. Dealing directly with our landlady.

They had all of the tools and where-with-all to pinpoint the burst pipe and to drill into the floor to repair it.

Our landlady is a expert at finding a great deal. She also insists on excellent repair work for the money. As an extra kindness to us they even removed our saturated towels from the floor and piled them neatly on the front porch to be washed.

These guys are wonderful.
