Visiting my Dad to find his water heater was in rough shape and needed replacement asap. I called around several vendors, but found Sunshine to be the most receptive, friendly, price competitive and ready to help of any in the Ocala area. Thanks Rebecca for your help setting the appointment up. Within the time I called late afternoon Tuesday, Sunshine was here early Wednesday morning and got the job done. I opted for the 8am to 9am window. At 7:25 Brad from Sunshine called to say he'd arrive at 7:45. He was here on the dot & went to work. What would nornally take about 3 hours was completed by Brad in 90 minutes to perfection.

For a company with 5 stars and a claim to be open 24/7, you'd think they'd at least return a call. They have a comical voicemail saying to leave a message and they'll return your call with 15 minutes. I called at 6:18 this morning with a plumbing emergency. It's now 8:17 at night and we never heard from them! Too bad this won't post without selecting at least 1 star.

Not a reliable company my father in law needed service and they didn't bother to help in a timely manner so now I have to fix drywall.

I've used this company five times, including a recent complete re-pipe of my house after a slab leak. That took five days, but the two plumbers who did the work were great, very skilled, very respectful of my house, constantly kept a clean job site, always on time, and did such neat work. I was so impressed with the quality of the work and the courtesy and efficiency of the plumbers. The owner, Nate, came out to do the estimate, which also really impressed me. Nate has very high standards for the work performed, his prices are always very fair, and he hires great plumbers! Couldn't be happier.
