Started on a service plan last year, for 2 visits, one in the Spring for AC, and one in the Fall for main unit and heat settings. Communication is excellent, as this visit was behind schedule due to prior service requiring more time. Advised me in advance and kept in contact. The service man did an excellent job, and at the end of service showed me internal pictures of items that will need attention in future, and also what our unit was registering as far as meeting our need, and registering Very thorough and complete. Highly recommend this company.
