The service was fine, but when I received the invoice it offered a $45.00 discount if I would give a good review. So, whether or not a client is satisfied, I guess he'll give a good review to get the discount. I'm not sure that's how it's supposed to work. In fact, I think that's defrauding YELP.

Very positive experience. They scheduled an appointment that suited my schedule; they came just when they said they would. Oliver was experienced and capable. He installed a new under sink Hot Water Dispenser without any difficulty or delay.

Both plumbers working at Sunset West : Jay and Oliver did really expert plumbing work and improved a few things I didn't even know needed improving.... just keep an eye out- plumber did stand on shower door rail to reach shower head to replace fixtures..... on tub edge and bent the heck out of it so door barely is mobile now...and I had to redo all the caulking ~ that was really a big bummer and cost me hours of unexpected labor at the 11th hour in a tenant unit when I was supposed to be traveling. I recommend having a step stool on hand and be sure to instruct plumber to not stand on rail!! I would use them again though for their plumbing skills. Just be aware you will be charged for them going to purchase parts on their hourly fee pay scale-- so if you can gather the parts ahead of time is better.

""Open 24 hours"" is deceptive. 'Open' means, apparently, ""Someone will pick up the phone, but otherwise, we're a graveyard."" I called at 8pm with a plumbing emergency, and I spoke to a guy who said someone would call me back.
[cue wind whistling through the trees]
No call back that night, and nothing the next day.
Look, if no one can/will call back, just say so.
Beware calling only this plumbing service, then waiting.

Let's face it whenever you have to call a plumber it's not a good day. The guys at Sunset West responded quickly and snaked the roots out of my main drain line. But more than that they bring a level of friendly professionalism to the game. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends, family as well as bldg managers. Don't even bother calling another company.

Sunset West came out on a short notice to fix a water leak in the valve behind the refrigerator and they installed a box for it in the wall. They did an excellent job, quickly and efficiently. Everything was left as they had found it.

These guys are super-honest. They have done several jobs for me on my house and I was always thinking it would be more expensive but they did a fine job and didn't push the upsell on me at all. You will shop for a long time before you find a better deal than this.
