DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If I could give them no stars I would. Horrible service. My problem was not fixed after two different visits. I waited on one occasion for 3 hours to be told it was a scheduling ""mix up"" and I would need to reschedule again. They do not answer their phones and just keep you hanging ! They accused me of not wanting to pay my bill (not true-never received the invoice) and accused me of lying. Threatened to send me to collections and ruin my credit. They are a nightmare and I hope they learn to be more professional with future customers. I see now I should have checked YELP as they have other poor reviews that are similar to mine.

Jimmy and his team are fast. We had a leak of one of our copper pipes and they were able to pinpoint it and make the repair. The area was left clean. This is not the first time we hired Sunset West and if we have any other issues in our building we will be hiring them again.

They came to my place on 11/22/21 and replaced a plastic tubing attached to my water filter that had split and was leaking with a copper tubing. They were efficient and came the same morning I called.

This company was really great. I needed a plumber ASAP and they were able to send someone within a couple of hours. The plumber was very professional and fixed all the issues properly. I would highly recommend them.

Plumbers left without completing the job, and I had to get them to return the next day. They charged for that return visit (despite saying it would be covered), in addition to overcharging on time worked for the initial visit. When I called to complain, they did refund the overcharge though. I also had their people out for an estimate again and never received the estimate, despite following up twice.

My sprinkler PVC pipe connecting to the main split open and needed to be repaired as soon as possible since I could not water my yard during the current hot weather. As I have done in the past for any plumbing problems, I called called Sunset West Plumbing.
Justin set up an appointment with Oliver for next day. Oliver explained what needed to be done to make sure that I won't have a repeat due to the high water pressure in my area. He replaced the pressure regulator for the sprinkler system, replaced the sprinkler water turn-off lever and replaced the damaged PVC connection.
I will continue to call Sunset West Plumbing for any plumbing issues. I highly recommend this business and its great staff.

Don't bother! I wanted to try a local business so tried calling them 3 times today (Thursday) during work hours. No one answers the phone and there is no answering machine.

We've been using Sunset West for our plumbing needs and they always do a great job. We had been struggling with sewer flies during covid in our upstairs bathroom and needed help finding the source of the problem. They arrived on-time, found the leak and fixed it in under an hour. They were personable, communicative and left the area tidy. This is the only plumbing company we will use for our plumbing needs.

Loved them when I used them a while back, but this time, they have completely bailed and not shown up twice in a row. No call, no explanation. I left a message after the first no-show, and no one called me back. I finally got in touch with Jesse, who had scheduled the first appointment they missed, and he scheduled another appointment, which they then missed as well. I called and spoke with a woman who was apologetic and said they would call me right back. No callback.

It doesn't seem like they I want my business, even though I would love to give it to them! The plumber himself is a great guy, super nice and capable, but their scheduling and customer service need work.

I've used this company a few times, and the first time I used them they were great, but now it's poorly run. I booked a plumber last Wednesday, they told me they couldn't be here till Monday, then didn't show or call. I called them this morning to see what happened, they had no answer for that but rescheduled for later today. After nearly a week, they just canceled again! Terrible service. Also, last time they fixed my toilet they left the toilet wobbly and not solid they way it was. I would avoid this place. They know how to make an appointment they just don't know how to keep the appointment.
