Don't bother! I wanted to try a local business so tried calling them 3 times today (Thursday) during work hours. No one answers the phone and there is no answering machine.

We've been using Sunset West for our plumbing needs and they always do a great job. We had been struggling with sewer flies during covid in our upstairs bathroom and needed help finding the source of the problem. They arrived on-time, found the leak and fixed it in under an hour. They were personable, communicative and left the area tidy. This is the only plumbing company we will use for our plumbing needs.

Loved them when I used them a while back, but this time, they have completely bailed and not shown up twice in a row. No call, no explanation. I left a message after the first no-show, and no one called me back. I finally got in touch with Jesse, who had scheduled the first appointment they missed, and he scheduled another appointment, which they then missed as well. I called and spoke with a woman who was apologetic and said they would call me right back. No callback.

It doesn't seem like they I want my business, even though I would love to give it to them! The plumber himself is a great guy, super nice and capable, but their scheduling and customer service need work.

I've used this company a few times, and the first time I used them they were great, but now it's poorly run. I booked a plumber last Wednesday, they told me they couldn't be here till Monday, then didn't show or call. I called them this morning to see what happened, they had no answer for that but rescheduled for later today. After nearly a week, they just canceled again! Terrible service. Also, last time they fixed my toilet they left the toilet wobbly and not solid they way it was. I would avoid this place. They know how to make an appointment they just don't know how to keep the appointment.

We have used Sunset West Plumbing in the past and the service and prices were great. I sent an email asking how much it would cost to snake one side of my house. No response, so a couple days later I called around noon. No answer so I left a voicemail. Never got a response. So moving on.

I had a slow draining basin and needed a plumber. I called SunsetWestPlumbing and they had their plumber Jay out to my house the same day. He was very polite and left my bathroom cleaner when he left than when he showed up. Highly recommended!

These guys used to be good - they have stopped picking up the phone on the last few occasions. I ended up using other plumbers (west los a angeles)

Bye zero stars. Called them this am at 7 with a serious emergency and they said they would get to me ASAP, called me 15 minutes later and said they were coming between 9 and 9:30. It's now 8:40 and they said they can't come because a truck broke down and they're canceling ""a lot"" of appointments but it sounds like my situation is serious. Now I have to start at square one when I could have spent that almost 2 hours getting someone else in. I relied on their word. If you can't rely on a plumber for a serious emergency then what's the point of ever calling them to do work?

Called and left my information with them more than a week ago. Still no returned call. I reached out to Lords of Plumbing who promptly got back to me and resolved my issue.

Excellent service by this company to assist with plugged up drain and plumbing issues. Serviceman was terrific, knowledgable and the staff was very helpful when I first called seeking assistance. They are definitely my go to plumbers now. Hopefully I won't need to see them for awhile. Thank you sunset West!
