My husband and I have to reluctantly lower our rating because Jeff has consistently not followed through for us. Worse, he refuses to return phone calls. We've left many messages over the past year and NEVER received a return phone call.
We strongly recommend you NOT hire this company.

Jeff is awesome. Honest guy, explains everything to you and really reasonable pricing. He wore a mask at all times, and was very professional. Highly recommend!!

My 15 year old A/C went out on the hottest Saturday of the year. A friend referred me to Jeff saying he was honest and knew his *hit. I texted Saturday evening. He said he could be there the next morning which I was afraid to have him do since most charge big bucks to come over on a weekend but he said he doesn't do that kind of thing. He was early to the appointment, opened the unit up and saw the problem immediately. I needed a new Capacitor. He fixed it and was done in 15 minutes and i didn't have to sell a kidney to pay the bill. I'm beyond grateful and can't say enough good stuff about him
