On two separate visits, two separate people, they patiently explained what I should bring in to identify the needed part for a failed standing tub waste, then broke up an old set, selling me just the part I needed for a modest amount. As they suggested might be the case, the necessary plug was already present and the super was able to install the replacement in 5 mins. It now works perfectly.

These guys are AWESOME!!! Called them on Sunday at 4:30 pm desperately looking for the trap to replace the one in my master bathroom sink. Please remember they close at 5 pm so I asked if they would be there until at least 5 pm so I could drive over. They were so nice, had no idea who I was and said come over my friend we will wait.

I brought the parts with me, Mousaf the owner was so helpful, friendly and genuine to make sure I had all the correct parts, cut the pipe so it fit perfectly explained how to do everything step by step. I wanted to replace the other parts besides the trap as my house is about 8 years old and did not want to deal with another problem for at least another 10 years.

Mousa stayed after close, told me to come beck if there were any issues and demonstrated why all the other reviews were 4 or 5 stars except for Jorge R. I did not read any of the Yelp reviews before coming here, I only came because they were open late on a Sunday when I discovered the trap had a whole that happened from corrosion.

I also want to mention they carry better quality plumbing supplies than Home Depot, are cheaper, are more helpful and definitely more helpful than your average Home Depot employee. Don't get me wrong, In occasion you do find a knowledgeable, friend person there although it's usually the exception not the rule.

I highly recommend Sunset Plumbing supply and they will be my first choice in the future. PS everything cost me only $28 and I was able to complete the repair in under 10 minutes thanks to Mousa once I had the parts and he showed me the set up.

I go there to buy my plumbing supplies,the prices are cheap compare with big chain store,the guys there are amazing,when you need to make a thread on a pipe that's the place to go!Their products are made in america that's another incentive to spend money there!!!

Well I had a clogged shower pan in the basement and a slow sink drain on the top floor. Couldn't decide whether to call a plumber or buy an electric snake.

Decisions, decisions ooh wait I am a plumber. Why would I pay someone else to do this job? Guess I am a little lazy. Anyway purchased a electric drain snake from this supply store.

The snake cost close to $400.00 dollars and a plumber charges close to $200.00 a visit. So this snake will pay for itself after clearing 3 stoppages.

I have been to this store a number of times staff are friendly and knowledgeable. So the lesson learned here is don't ever pay someone else to do a job that you can do yourself.
