Our toilet wouldn't flush. George came the next day and Fidel it quickly. He was pleasant to talk to and offered suggestions. Since I don't live in Florida, he told me I could call him for advice any time I had a plumbing or heating problem. We would definitely use Sunset Plumbing again.

While I was in town, my parent's had a suspected plumbing problem in their kitchen. I sought quotes via Yelp and George promptly responded to my quote request. He arrived at my parent's place the next day as promised and diagnosed our plumbing problem with honesty, care and integrity. Install a new toilet. Price was reasonable and dealing with George on the phone was knowledgeable, reasonable, and very professional. The installers, being very efficient workers were also great to share stories with. This was particularly helpful to me, being a newcomer to Ft Myers. Look no further - I was in an emergency on a holiday weekend and gave them a call, George said he has a full schedule but squeezed me in. BEWARE OF UNLICENSED AND UNINSURED WORK LOOKING FOR QUICK DOLLAR . Had owner / operator George Feurtado JR come out to give quote on a few shower valves and main shut off manifold in order to pass inspection and finalize sale of home. Quote was a bit higher than others received from competitors but I have no problems paying for quality work. I became concerned George was hesitant to pull permits and provide me with his credentials to prove he was licensed and insured as required from the purchaser of home. Raised a red flag for me and after further research on the company it is only a LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ( LLC ) linked to a company called """" Sunset Drain Worx LLC """". An LLC is similar to a handy man license and doesn't require any experience or qualifications by the state to obtain. George Feurtado JR is NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER BY THE STATE OF FLORIDA THEREFORE IS NOT ALLOWED TO WORK ON PLUMBING AND DRAINAGE SYSTEMS COMMERCIALLY NOR RESIDENTIALLY . In state or Florida unlicensed contracting is a serious crime that could result in a FELONY and jail time + fines . In event plumbing disaster occurring by unlicensed, uninsured work being done by inexperienced individuals you could be at a huge loss and responsible for any damages caused to your home , apartment , condo and surrounding areas. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Always be weary and verify company credentials and licensing before agreeing to any work to avoid scams , price gouging , and unprofessional work that can result in $$$$ loss to you.

This gentleman is the most professional, caring plumber I have ever met in my life. He had never worked on a MCI bus, but he took the chance and came and took care of me.
