Have been trying to get our plumbing re-inspected for two weeks now per their membership we purchased in April. They rescheduled the first, didn't show up or reschedule the second time - I had to call to find out where they were. Asked to speak to a supervisor, no one there. I've called three days in a row and asked for both billing and dispatch supervisor, no one will call me back. I'll be referring them to the BBB, leaving this comment on every site I can find, and requesting a chargeback per my credit card. Don't waste your time with these scam artists.

If I could give negative stars, I would!!! My 70 year old mother had a water leak. Sunrise Plumbing came out after 5pm on a Friday. Had to replace a 2' section of pipe where adhesive had failed and only had to dig a 3'X3'X6" area to fix it. It's not a sewer pipe. Just pvc. Neither my mother or myself know much about plumbing costs. The bill was a little over $1900! The one guy, Andrew, was there about 2 and a half hours. My mother is on a fixed income and I didn't have that kind of money either. She had to pull money from a very meager IRA to pay for it. When I called the company that Monday morning, I asked for an itemized bill so I knew exactly what they charged for $1900! The receptionist said they don't give itemized bills but would have the manager call me to discuss. That was 8:30am. By 1:30pm, no one called me so I called back and got the same lady. She said she couldn't remember our conversation from earlier that morning but took my number and put me into the manager's voicemail. I left a detailed message and 4 days later, I still haven't received a call back with an explanation. THESE PEOPLE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A 70 YEAR OLD WOMAN WHO ONLY GETS 1202.00 PER MONTH FROM SOCIAL SECURITY! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

I needed an honest plumber that knew his stuff and wouldn't try to rip me off, and sunrise plumbing delivered.
First of all, the young lady answering the phone was so helpful and had the best attitude. I told her I needed a plumber to take a look at some questionable work that was performed by someone else. She happily got me Matt, the same day when everyone else was quoting out a week! Maybe the other guys felt the job was too small.
Matt is amazing- everything you would hope for when calling a plumber- Expertise, honesty, and professionalism.
Another plumber could have told me the work was all wrong and had to be redone, but he checked it over and let me know everything looks good! He was able to answer all of my follow-up questions and I was so relieved. Just a small trip charge and I could continue with my bathroom remodel!
If you need a plumber that's going to tell it to you straight, call sunrise, ask for Matt, and let them take care of the rest.
100% I'll be calling Sunrise the next time I need plumber!

They came out quickly and were very friendly, but prices are insane. $400 for a 15 min job (included max $30 material) to install a new pro angle stop 1/4 turn. I am crazy that I agreed to have them do the work, but I won't make the same mistake twice!

Talk over the phone to technician, tenant was next to him. He stated it will not be more than 2100.00 I accepted, they changed the water heather. when the invoice came the bill was 2050.70, but they included a membership in the amount of 120.00 which increased the invoice. Called a total of 9 times in 4 days, none of the girls new nothing and nothing they could do, left 2 voice messages to manager never got response. I was never informed of a membership fee, nor i want to have a membership with a plumbing co. Also they never give you a breakdown of the invoice. A very shady company, will never use again.

Please do not use this company. Tyler lied about the membership. He told me it was free but charged me for it. They are way overpriced. Please just run when it comes to Sunrise. I have contacted this company for a call back for almost a month and no one has returned my call. I will never use them again. Worst company.

I am writing this review not because they did bad work. This is the second time I have used them. I am writing it because I feel like I was just taken.
One of the shower cartridges in our shower water valve was damaged and I purchased a new valve assembly. I realized it was not a repair I could perform myself so I called Sunrise and they got someone out the next day. When the tech inspected the valve he said the cartridge could be replaced and if he did not have in his van, it would be available in their warehouse. He gave me the estimate which I could swear was roughly $80 for the part and $211 for the labor. The reason I remember it was I was wondering if I could use a $50 coupon for any repair over $299.
The repair was completed in about 2 hours and that included the time for him to run to the warehouse to pick up the cartridge. Then he came to collect for the work and the invoice was about $535. I protested saying the quote he showed me was $211 and he essentially told me that is not what I saw. Yet, he could not go back and let me see what he showed me. He just kept telling me I did not see what I saw which is utter BS because if I knew the repair was over $500, I would never have signed to have the work completed. I can replace a cartridge myself but I was willing to pay a couple hundred dollars for the convenience because of my busy schedule.
Another issue I have with Sunrise is that they charge $39 to show up which I completely understand a trip charge but when I inquired if it would applied to the cost of the repair they told me no.
While I have no issue with the work which was performed, I will not be using them again and I would urge anyone using them to be very careful.

Booked a heating tube up/inspection.
They put me on the schedule for 3 weeks later, sent me texts and emails confirming, even sent a text a few days before the appointment.
Then, the day of the scheduled appointment they call and say they dont have anyone that can do the service because they don't have any hvac employees and are in the process of training new ones.......
I'd say don't waste your time calling then- just call a business that actually has employees and will actually show up.

We needed someone to come out to remove our dishwasher and then reinstall it since we're installing hardwood floors. They were great to accommodate someone coming out the same day I called. They charged us a $40 service fee to come look. Plumber told us $790 to remove it and reinstall. Excuse me? Did you just say $790? I can buy a new dishwasher and negotiate free install for $790. Dishwasher is not sealed in. No idea why they put a charge for difficult location. Perhaps because it's in the kitchen island. We will be using YouTube.
The plumber was nice and friendly. Not his fault. I'm sure pricing is dictated by the home office.

Twice the plumber, Dylan, made representations that the Excavation crew would be on site at a specific date and time. Neither time was our expectation met. The first time was minor, but for a $5000 job that requires a massive hole under our foundation, we need certainty. Nobody told us until we called several times that they are NOT COMING today. We were promised that they would be on site at 8:30 Saturday and only after several calls did they admit that they are not coming until Monday. I have lost confidence that they will be here Monday and do the job right. When we complained the girl that answered the phone cheerfully explained that they already have out money. DON'T SIGN ANYTHING AND DON'T GIVE FINAL PAYMENT based on the plumbing until the entire job is complete. They also cut our sprinkler pipes, but if the only people coming back are excavation people, who will fix my pipes. I am challenging the credit card payment in hopes they will become responsive like they were before we paid.
