My neighbor suggested I call Sunrise plumbing because they had used them for a home renovation. I needed help with a clogged drain and a few other things. Mike (owner) and his son arrived and solved my problem in a timely manner. They were friendly, knowledgeable and stuck to the budget we discussed. I will definitely use this small, local company again! There are a lot of big companies out there with coupons, but Sunrise Plumbing will continue to get my business for being honest, knowledgeable, friendly and fair!

Great work, horrible work ethic!!! I contacted Mike with Sunrise Plumbing because my hot water was running out too quickly. I spoke with his assistant who informed me that he was finishing up another job less than 10 mins away and would be right over. I asked her, what the sevice charge would be and she explained there isn't one, just a $100/hr fee. Mike arrived, solved the problem and then informed me that I owed him $250. I asked how much the parts were and he responded $40. That would mean 2+ hours of work. Mike explained that he gets paid for travel time as well. That's fair enough, but when I looked at my phone, it had only been 50 minutes from the time I originally contacted his assistant, so why was he trying to charge me for 2+ hrs of labor??? When I informed him of the rate his assistant quoted me, he insisted that he was working for 1.5hrs at least. Once I explained the time of my original phone call, he came up with an arbitrary charge of $190, which is $50 more than what he earned. What a ripoff!!!! If you call this guy, be sure to have a stopwatch set from the moment he walks in the door!
