Pellet stove quit working so, since Sunrise is the only pellet stove repair in area, I called to schedule a repair. Friendly on the phone and said they would have to order a new igniter. After a few weeks the repairman arrived and began working on the stove. This is an insert so it took him awhile to disassemble the stove to get to the igniter. When he went to install the new igniter, he said it wouldn't fit and he would have to order a new one. After over 3 months I called Sunrise and asked what was up. The lady said she would have to get back to me and after a couple more phone calls to Sunrise, they came back and said the tube for the igniter was warped and I needed a new pellet stove. Not wanting to spend over $3000 to have a new stove installed, I ordered an igniter from Amazon for $20.00 and installed myself. After about an hour to install(trying to figure out where the igniter plugged in to since the repairman took the old igniter), my pellet stove works like new.
Not at all impressed with the service from this company. Would have cost me a lot of money if I had listened to them. Makes you wonder how many people they have ripped off in the past?

Almost a year ago I put a $2000 deposit for a bathroom renovation. I have not seen a plumber nor will they give me my deposit back. A really crappy way to treat a disabled veteran.

Very rude and sloppy work. I used this service for a clogged toilet in the past. They left a huge mess (crap from the snake) on the floor, walls, and on personal items. This mess extended on the walls near the bathroom. They owner is rude and nobody in that office knows how to treat people.

Came to look at water heater to just tell us we need another. Wasn't mad about that, but literally looked at it for 10 minutes and wanted to charge $86 just in labor. I get the 100$ just for travel even though they were already in town checking on someone else. All of the office people were jerks especially the owner when they called us about the pricing. Told us it would be between $1200-$1500 to install a new water heater. Finally decided to just try on my own and put one in for around $750. Don't know how they are in businesses, so in the end we ended up paying $140 for them to look at it for 10 minutes and do nothing.

I will NEVER call them again! They are not honest about pricing. And the owner was a huge jerk when I spoke to him about it in the phone, belittling me and being just plain rude.

I had the toilet over flow. I called Sunrise and explained that I wanted them to take it off the floor and replace any parts that were not good. He got the job done it less time than I thought it would take for a rebuild. A great job well done!!!
