We've used this business and predecessor for 25 years. Prompt, courteous and professional service. They've done toilets, RO systems, water softeners, fridge and washer supply valves, external spickets, house water supply valves, faucets, etc. reasonable fees and great followup for issues not resolved.

I have used Sunrise Plumbing several times and have referred them to many friends and insurance clients. What I tell them is ""hire Sunrise if you want an honest plumber that shows up on time and does the job right"" Are they the cheapest? No. Will they gouge you? No. But you can count on Sunrise to use quality parts, warrantee their work, and be efficient with their time. There is another review on here complaining about price. If they think it's expensive doing business with a professional, wait until he does business with an amateur!

Nothing but pleasurable business from these guys. Eric and Wayne have always been great to work around. I have had a couple plumbing jobs come up over the years and they have always treated us like family. most recent one was a soft water system install on our new house. Wayne let me know that Alex would be the one doing the work and gave a nice 2 hour window between 10-12 over the terrible half day window most everyone else gives. Alex was there at 10 ready to work. he was in and out and explain all we needed to know to my wife as i couldnt be there. Install was extremely clean and well put together.

Its hard to find the old school trustworthy guys anymore and im glad these guys have carried on as they have over the years. I would recommend them any time i can!

Highly unprofessional owner, Wayne, and technician, Alex! Alex DID NOT SHOW for a pre-scheduled appointment!!! I WAITED TWO HOURS AND TOOK TIME OFF FROM WORK! NO CALL, NO SHOW! When I reached out to Wayne to advise their services would no longer be needed, he had an extremely unprofessional, rude and ARGUMENTATIVE attitude! He was full of excuses and blamed others about why they didn't show!!!

I could write for days about why no consumer should use Sunrise Plumbing Contractors but I have already lost enough time and money on this company! And, from the other recent reviews for Sunrise Plumbing, it appears others have had the same experience! If you are reading a positive review about this company, it was probably written by their family member! I would never recommend Sunrise Plumbing to any person unless they were seeking a good sparing and debate partner! If I wanted to hear a bunch of excuses about why you didn't come when I expected you, I'd call my children not a ""professional"" plumbing company!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A PLUMBING COMPANY, SUNRISE PLUMBING!!

I have been working with a counter top company to have a kitchen island replaced. Eric with Sunrise Plumbing has been our plumber each time to remove and reinstall our kitchen sink and disposal. Its has been three times the counter top company has canceled over the past few months. Sunrise plumbing have been awesome, on time, stays in communication during the project. I can't say enough how professional and wonderful the customer service is with Sunrise Plumbing.

Husband had these guys come out a couple weeks ago, to do some very VERY small things done before we sold our house and it took them FOREVER to show up to our house, I mean like 2 weeks and every time we called they forgot about what house we were even talking about and kept asking for the address when we had already sent it 3x before. Super in efficient, off putting, good work but a headache to coordinate with. Wouldn't recommend

If getting quoted at ""below $200"" and then receiving an invoice 262% marked up at $460+ dollars. THE WEEK you're closing on a house., and then being threatened with a mechanics lien if you "" don't pay before hanging up the phone"" is something that's up your alley. Then you might love these guys. Look at the massively inflated prices on materials. First invoice had labor at over $165 per hour. After a $100 ""discount"" The labor is figured at over $105 per hour..... if you have a family member in medical school or law school. call them and tell them they need to quit right now and become a plumber ASAP. Disgusting arm twisting business tactics..... and if you're a plumber reading this and it costs over $170 to fix a toilet. I would love for you to call me and have me buy a new one. Unethical business practices would not recommend to anyone.


Ps: Front desk woman on phone was an absolute sweetheart. The plumber that came to my house was very helpful and quoted me at below $200. The owner of the business Wayne. Went above and beyond to use predatory business tactics. Inflating the price KNOWING he had every angle to put contractors lien on my home I have finally sold the week it is in closing.

Needed a gas plumber to fix the gas line for the hot water and dryer. Fixed the gas line and we hired Wayne install a new waterless tank. They did a great job for us. He is on speed dial now...
