Kevin answered my frantic call right away, even though it was a busy day for him and he was on his way out of town. He seemed so sincere about helping me with my plumbing fiasco. It was evening and he sent someone over the next day who fixed the problem which stopped the leak. He will definitely be my go-to plumber from now on. And the price was really fair too!

Kevin Fay is truly the best! We have worked with Kevin for a number of years and have nothing but great things to say! He's installed a tankless water heater, changed out all our old plumbing pipes, put a filtration system in and most recently he and his guys saved us from a burst water mains! We called him late on a Sunday afternoon and he answered right away and got us back with a new mains very quickly.

We've got to a point where we trust him and his team so much that we have no problem with them having access to the house when we're not there and no longer get competing quotes (we just know we will get the best value for money from him).
