The main problem I have with this company is they leave unskilled labor on the job and show up without checking their work. My first problem happened when they cut down a huge tree for no good reason - they may have needed to weigh down tarps in the rain which actually did not work anyway. The job was a mess. The supervisor never arrived. The last straw was when my tenant called at another property that the CO alarm had gone off and PGE had shut down the gas. The reason as I learned from a far superior plumbing company was that Sunras again unskilled labor had wedged insulation into the flu. Over a couple of years soot built up to the point that the heater was choking and almost killed my tenant. Thank god I had a new CO detector in there. An almost new wall heater was destroyed and that was another cost on top of the scare. When I spoke to the owner of Sunra he told me I was ""crazy"". I have been doing construction for 30 years and as a woman in business I can not stand ego driven men who think they have a corner on the market with their knowledge. Patronizing pats on the arm and ""we will take care of everything "" are enough He told me I would lose in court because I would have had to give them the opportunity to fix the problem. I would not have them ANYWHERE near one of my properties again. Go elsewhere - its more reliable and better service anyway.

Kevin and his crew, Phil my fav, are the best!!! They are truly the best plumbing crew in the Bay Area. They respond fast, they take their time fixing the issue and are very fair with their prices.
Sunra Plumbing is awesome.

I called Kevin because my family was out of town and I was looking for the contractor that had just replaced all their faucets and toilets. Lucky for me I found his business card.

The water unexpectedly turned off on the house and I was worried there was a leak or a problem with their water wells or pumps. He responded to the home within an hour and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much and we will use his plumbing company again! Great service!!

I woke up to a flooded bathroom. The water heater had burst in the middle of the night and water was seeping in at the base of my floor! I called Kevin Fay that morning in a mild panic. He was at my house that afternoon. Kevin was calm & reassuring.
The next morning, Kevin and 2 of his crew arrived and replaced my water heater.
Kevin and his crew are kind, professional & efficient... and his price is very reasonable! He's the BEST!!

Kevin answered my frantic call right away, even though it was a busy day for him and he was on his way out of town. He seemed so sincere about helping me with my plumbing fiasco. It was evening and he sent someone over the next day who fixed the problem which stopped the leak. He will definitely be my go-to plumber from now on. And the price was really fair too!
