Fielding M.The plumbers came and snaked my kitchen drain and said they had gotten the clog out. The problem is they left the hole on the trap open, so when I tried to run the dishwasher water came flooding out. I tried to get them to come back and fix their mistake but they were busy on another job and refused to come back until the next day. Finally, after a day and a half of them saying they would ""be there shortly"" and they were ""on their way"", they ghosted me. So I finally figured out how to close the hole myself. I turned on the dishwasher and water backed up into the sink. THEY DIDN'T EVEN UNCLOG THE DRAIN. They probably only tested with a slow flow of water (if at all) - because if they had run the sink longer they would have noticed the leak. They didn't even send me the invoice they said they would after I paid them in cash. I feel like I was robbed and this is not OK.
