Really great service from the person who came by to fix my shower and toilet. After a severe sewage backup I knew I needed someone experienced and JMK came with strong recommendations from a friend. Everyone I interacted with was professional and the price was fine (quality plumbing doesn't come cheap). Wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Alejandro called me and apologized profusely because they were very tied up but he did send a plumber, Brian. Brian was the only plumber of four who I called who used a video camera to actually show the damage to the pipe. It was very contained to a connector, and therefore the estimate was much, much lower than all of the others'. Consequently, we will be going with JMK because the work will only take 1 day instead of a week, and the savings is major. Glad that I had the patience and we finally connected.

Frank was on time, put covers on his shoes, examined the filter I wanted him to use to replace the existing under the sink filter, talked his office and presented a very reasonable price which would have been free if I had not then agreed to have the work done. I did agree. He did his work efficiently and then presented me with an invoice which I paid with a credit card. He showed me how I would know the filter should be replaced and left with a smile. I definitely will call them again.

Maybe this should be on me for not asking about rates when I called. On the other hand it would never occur to me that they'd charge $475 to replace a toilet shutoff valve and feeder line. It was literally a 30 min job and it's a plumber's most basic task. Allegedly this was discounted from $600 (so I was told). Umm ok thank you I guess??? Missing the appointment window without contacting me (I had to call) -- these things happen. But honestly it was the rate felt like a shakedown. I had scheduled the plumbing to be off for the whole building so I went forward with it but it didn't feel a good experience.

Recently used Sunny Bliss Plumbing and Air for an air conditioning issue. The tech, Anthony, was awesome. He showed me exactly what was going on and patiently explained the different parts of the HVAC system and how it worked. I know nothing about any of this so it was very much appreciated. He also removed a thermostat and installed a new one. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He's an asset to the company. Will use in the future for any issues and servicing.

My house is old and the big hot water tank was leaking and worse: it took up a lot of space. With SB we came up with a plan to remove the old tank and replace with a much smaller and better performing tankless unit. Very happy on that improvement. Done in one day. Thanks team.
