The original cast iron drain pipe under the kitchen sink is totally corroded and we found it's leaking just before Christmas. We called several plumbing companies unfortunately they were not able to find a plumber before Christmas. Luckily I found Derik. He came here , cut the stucco, carefully checked it out and gave me an estimate. The price was reasonable and I agreed to it. He began to work on it that afternoon. He finally finished it on the second day with other 2 teammates to make sure it's completely finished. They even cleaned the site for me before leaving.
I am 100% pleased to let Derik work on it. You can always trust him.

Our refrigerator was delivered and scheduled for installation in the morning. However, the installers noted that the waterline connection was too old to be used and did not want to risk a leak.
