Nels and Mike did an exceptional job replacing our wide-set faucet in our powder room. The existing faucet had corroded very badly and was very challenging to remove. Nels and Mike took their time and successfully removed the old faucet without scratching or making one mark on our porcelain sink. While they were here, Nels also quoted me on replacing a toilet that is continuing to give us problems. He gave me two options for either fixing the toilet, or replacing the toilet. They were professional, left no mess behind, on time, and very friendly! Sundown Plumbing is who we will call first for all our plumbing needs!

I live in Carmel Valley and I recently had leak under my slab. I had one of the big name pluming and heating companies (I won't say who but they advertise on TV all the time) come out and reroute my plumbing for the one leak through the ceiling. Then I had another leak under the slab again. This time I decided to reroute all of the downstairs plumbing so that it would not go under the slab and continue to leak.

I got quotes form 3 companies. Sundown was not the cheapest, but their quote seemed fair and they came highly recommended. The company that did the first repair was the highest. I would think they would give a break to returning customers. I am so glad I picked Sundown. They were very professional, did a great job, minimized the drywall damage, and finished when they said they would. Also, they did not leave me without water over night at all. They also referred me to a great person that repaired the drywall. You cannot even tell where it was patched. Sundown is definitely my ""go-to"" plumber for all future problems. I am very satisfied with their work and I would highly recommend them. They are not the cheapest, but they do the best job. I would recommend them for any plumbing job you might have.

We have used Sundown Plumbing for years and this review is long overdue! Nels is extremely knowledgeable, reasonably priced and trustworthy! The numerous projects Nels & Wes have worked on over the years have ranged from changing bathroom/kitchen fixtures, replacing/fixing leaky toilets to major jobs like replacing outdated pipes at a rental property. Nels is great at explaining the details and providing options. They have been extremely cost efficient and reliable! Highly recommend them!

They are fantastic! We had a water leak from a 2nd floor bathroom that was dripping through the ceiling in our dining area. Nels and Wes are a great team and you'll see that immediately in the way they talk with one another about the problem at hand and the way they diagnose, then resolve the issue! I was so pleased with their work. They also gave me a referral for a good drywall/painter to fix the ceiling!

Wow...What Service. Nels was on time and I was the one who was late. He knew that I was coming from work, so he waited for me. Work was done efficiently. I was explained what needed to be done, and costs were very reasonable., no big sales pitch. Just what needed to be done at a fair price. Great customer service. Everything was cleaned up when they left. I hope that i do not need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do..I know who to call.

These guys actually did work for my 80 year old neighbor...and she loved them, so I thought I would do them a solid and say a little about it.

My neighbor thought she heard water moving in her pipes at night. So these guys were referred by another neighbor and came and got started. Sure enough, they found multiple leaks, did the repairs in one day, and also setup the drywall guys to come patch where they had to take some of the drywall out.

They did a great job, based on my inspection, and were very fair with thier price. They showed a lot of patience with my neighbor, and expained it all to her and made her very comfortable with strange guys coming in and doing some demo and work.
