Steer clear at any cost. The owner is the meanest nastiest woman you will ever encounter. She threatened to put a lien on our house and accused us of fraudulent actions when we cancelled a boiler and she didn't give us a full refund. Out of principle, don't work with horrible people.

Requested a free estimate to replace my furnace as Sundance's website states. However, Sundance didn't provide an estimate and recommended another company do the installation since they don't replace furnaces! So why did they bother sending out a tech if the company couldn't install a new heating system or give an estimate? And why wasn't it explained to me that there would be a $150 charge? I had three different companies come out to look at my furnace and give quotes with no charge. It is outrageous that Sundance charged $150 for doing the same job! Kristin refused to listen to my objection to this bill. She was unprofessional and unreasonable.

Sundance came to my rescue when my kitchen drain got backed up and was flooding my hardwood kitchen floor. Matt came to my home within an hour and got the job done within an hour. Wonderful response time and thank you to Sundance.

Difficult in every way. Kristin is not reliable and does not return calls or follow up. Plumber doesn't show up or call, even though we had an appointment. Parts are either not ordered or there is zero follow through so weeks later there are still no solutions. They are good with clogged shower drains and that is all. I advise to not try to reach them by phone, don't waste your time, other plumbers are more eager for your business.
I have a rental where the dishwasher seemed to not be draining. After 7 days and a missed appointment the plumber showed up late. Rather than diagnosing that there was a piece of broken glass in the trap, he says it needs a new pump. I had to clean out the trap myself and the dishwasher works fine. Not. competent. as a plumber and apparently cannot use his phone.

The worst subcontractor on our full renovation. Communication nonexistent. We arrived at a point in the project when a promise made by Sundance was never kept...it was almost a joke. We had to drive to their office in Minturn to ask for service. Of course, we fully expect the need for another subcontractor for warranty and maintenance of the new heating system as Sundance will likely never show. We had numerous subcontractors on this project and Sundance was by far the worst.

Seems that they are out of business as their phone goes unanswered (tried for several days) and their website is now taken down. Too bad, they did reasonably good work in a thin service option field...

My apartment had a huge double sink clog and Sundance came to the rescue! Anthony called to confirm it was ok if he arrived ahead of schedule. Of course! Anthony got to the house and was extremely professional and friendly. He quickly began to examine the issue and pull in the necessary equipment to help him get the clog out. He was able to pull out a large amount of debris from the pipe. Anthony did an excellent job as using NO toxic chemicals!! Very kind soul, kudos for your environmental passion. Highly recommended, 5 star

These guys did a great job snaking a main line at my home in Eagle Vail. We had an emergency backup that needed immediate attention. They showed up on the same day within a few hours. From there, they got to work and quickly removed the clog. The plumber and his assistant wore booties, cleaned up after themselves and were polite and professional. Best of all, the price was really reasonable, especially for the valley. No hidden fees or tricks, the price was exactly as quoted over the phone. Give them a try, I suspect you'll be happy you did.

Don't bother if you have an emergency. Left us hanging for 4 days without heat before letting us know on a Friday at 3:30 they couldn't help us after all. Had to call another company to come and work on a sat. At weekend fees.
