Dear Mr. Johnson,
I'm NOT known as a complainer, or you would have heard from me long ago, after I hired your boy james over a year ago at the beginning of the pandemic, (it was I that had to have my apartment fumigated as a result of his visit), to FIX a bath valve that I was hiring him - at the suggestion of the Parc IV management to FIX) that was only delivering hot water - necessitating my having to fill the tub with the hot water, then wait until it cooled down enough to get in it - a process I became used to over the years. He then disappeared during the pandemic, to return a year or so later, when called for other plumbing issues, always with promises that he was FINALLY going to address my situation, which he got around to doing about 3 weeks ago when he made some adjustments and told me that while he had not finished the job to FINALLY getting my valve to function properly, he HAD accomplished getting the valve to deliver lukewarm water instead of hot and that he would be back in a couple of days to get it working properly. What he DIDN'T tell me was that I would ONLY have LUKEWARM tepid WATER AND NO WATER PRESSURE UNTIL HIS RETURN, which has NEVER HAPPENED, condemning me to 3 MORE WEEKS of LUKEWARM BATHS AND NO WATER PRESSURE - I would have MUCH preferred it as it was! After waiting a week for him to SHOW UP in two days as he had promised, I began calling him DAILY at Suncoast plumbing, beginning Monday, which he IGNORED until late Friday evening, texting another weak excuse for not showing up with ANOTHER promise to SHOW UP the following Tuesday, which was 2 days ago, Nov. 16th, 2021. When I called him back to make SURE he was coming and tell him how dissatisfied I was with his SHABBY service, he got defensive and hung up on me and has NOT SHOWED UP once again, further sticking me with MORE LUKEWARM BATHS AND NO WATER PRESSURE. I'm planning to present this testimony to our annual board meeting this afternoon to let them KNOW how the company the building's staff recommended as a good one to do business with, takes their residents for granted. Recently I hired Suncoast Plumbing to rework the water shut-off valve for my townhouse. As Suncoast is the plumbing company used by my townhouse community for common area repairs, it was required and sensible that I use the same company, since the shut-off valve is the point where HOA plumbing meets my plumbing. Smart move! Cameron set up the work with friendly efficiency. The crew that came to do the job consisted of Daniel Herrera, the master plumber who had mapped-out the plumbing system for our community, and Drew. These guys did a whiz-bang job of reworking the valve in no time at all and left the work area cleaner than they found it -- for the agreed price. I had been dreading having the job done, but, in the end, was completely painless. I was happy to learn that Suncoast not only does large business/commercial properties, but also does small residential jobs as well. So, now their business card is taped inside the cabinet door. You never know when you're gonna need a good plumber...!

They came out in a timely manner, and arrived when they said they would to look at the job. However, what the technician said when he looked at the job and what he ended up writing it up for were 2 different things. It took me the better part of 5 days to get a response for details behind the estimate. When I did I found out that they were reordering supplies that weren't need ed as all the pex pipe was already in place and only 1 week old (we only needed new fittings). I was shocked when they gave me the estimate. I was told that they were reasonable and this wasn't what I considered reasonable.

Sun coast came out January 3rd to see why my dishwasher panel would not lite up. When the gentlemen entered went right past didn't introduce himself and asked where the dishwasher was I showed him he looked at it for about 10-15 minutes and informed me they would have to order a part and it would take 2 weeks to come in I questioned why 2 weeks and he said thats what it will be
So I waited 2 weeks no call no email so I called the company ti went to voice mail but I did get an email later that day that someone would be out in the next few days Fine The same gentlemen came out and when he pulls the dishwasher out he used the door and pushed it from side to side. I have a big heavy dishwasher that lights up and was working fine. For some reason after taking the dishwasher out the gentlemen removed the door He placed the panel and the door panel did light up he replaced everything and left. The dishwasher did not lite up and I thought it was because of how long it was open
My husband came home that nite and when he opened the door it slammed to the ground and scraped his leg apparently the tech broke the door and the next day the light in the dishwasher still did not light up
I called and requested a different tech who came out a few days later. He introduced himself when he arrived and checked it out stating they ordered the wrong part and was not sure why the previous tech took the door off but would get it fixed
IT IS NOW FEBRUARY 29TH AND MY DISHWASHER IS NOT FIXED!!!!!
And to top it off they did not order a replacement part stating it was my warranty companies fault

IF YOU WANT YOUR APPLIANCES FIXED THE RIGHT WAY THE 1ST TIME DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
They do not answer their phone if left several messages NO CALL BACK

Horrible service. I'm writing this review on behalf of my parents, who were disrespected by one of their plumbers. Very unprofessional plumber cursed at my parents and told them never to bother calling back because my mom asked to receive the film footage from the camera they used to inspect a pipe. They were advised by another plumber to request this footage from Sun Coast Plumbing and they refused to provide it.

He scheduled someone to come to my place and gave me updates through the day. The plumber found out I did not need what I thought I needed and saved me a lot of $. He was friendly and honest.

Dangerous natural gas leak in my utility room. Suncoast Plumbing sent 2 technicians to troubleshoot the problem on 11/9/2018. Their finding was, "Service out for gas smell. Put house on test holds, sprayed up to dryer and heater. No leaks and problem is in dryer." This, despite the overwhelming smell of gas. On 11/13/18, we had G&F Appliance Repair troubleshoot the same problem. They found the leak within 5 minutes using a gas leak meter. It was a leaky T-fitting in front of the water heater, NOT THE GAS DRYER. One would think that a professional plumbing company such as Suncoast would equip their technicians with tools appropriate for the job. Instead, they left us in a very dangerous situation in which the heater pilot was only inches from the leak! Such incompetence is unbelievable. And for this they charged me $230.00!

Had a nightmare situation with an AC pipe backflowing into my condo two weeks after I bought it. Suncoast sent out a crew to cap the pipe off at 10:30 PM were back the next day to complete all the repairs. The crew of Bob and Casey were extremely professional and made the entire process much less stressful and manageable. I don't usually take the time to make reviews but I can't recommend these guys enough.

After weeks of the run around to find out what was wrong with our water heater, that they installed, they charged us for the service call even though the water heater was still under warranty. They also gave us several quotes that were wrong and we had to email over two weeks to get a correct quote. We are getting this fixed with another company now. The new company told us one of the things they said was broken was not. I don't mind spending more money for quality work and good customer service but this was neither. When I emailed back to see if the charge for coming out to service their equipment was a mistake, I was emailed back, "No Mama this is not an error in billing" Unprofessionalism at its best.

I had a leakey shower valve. They charged me 650 dollars to put in a new valve. They left me with a screw sticking out of.
The valve and no hot water. Thanks alot
