I had called another plumber out who replaced the flush valve on a toilet I had. The toilet started leaking after that. I called Suncoast and the plumber came out and told me the toilet I had needed a special flush valve and he needed to order it. He thought it would be 3-5 days to get that in. He also told me he would write something up that the last installation was done inappropriately. I paid the $140 service call. The technician said it should not be much more. After a week with no response I called them and They told me they would check on it. I never got a call back. I called two days later and still no reply. I called again the next day and Tara was very helpful with me. We got the toilet fixed and it is working well. I then received a bill for an additional $234. I looked up the flush values for a Mansfield toilet and could not find anything over $40. When I called to ask if they may have charge the original service call twice. Crystal was very rude and dismissive. Told me my impatience was part of the problem and you get what you pay for. I would not use these people again, because if there are any issues you will not get courteous help.

Called Suncoast Plumbing February 5, 2024. Talked to Christina she made the appointment for me the very next day February 6, between 1:00 PM through PM. Christina called at 1:43 PM, I was unable to answer her call before I she hang-up. I called her back at 1:45 PM, Christina told me that she had already sent the plumber to another location. Christina told me she could not have her plumbers setting around waiting. She was very rude to me on the phone. I had to wait for them to show up between 1:00 and 5:00 PM. She didn't have the common Courtice to give me 2 minutes!!

After an emergency burst pipe made it necessary to shut off all water to the house, Preston from Suncoast Plumbing arrived after business hours to save the day. So grateful for the quick response time and for repairing the pipe. A job done well and efficiently! Professional in every way!

Right after 6:00 p.m. I tried to change hoses on an outside water outlet. When I twisted it, it broke off at the copper tubing inside the wall. Water was gushing everywhere. Luckily, I found that shut off and called three different plumbers and left messages. One of the three plumbers that I called said that I could text them and it would probably be a shorter wait for a return call. Well, first thing in the morning Suncoast plumbers called and we're out here in 30 minutes. They we're friendly and efficient and completed the job in about 20 minutes, cleaned up and gave me instructions to wait to use the hose until the cemented dried. I was so appreciative of how fast they responded. Luckily we're only out of water for that one evening. on a side note , neither of the other plumbers even bothered to call us back. Thank you Suncoast Plumbing!

We had some work done by sun coast about a year ago the price was fair and the work was performed in a timely manner. We recently called them back for a bathroom project. We recognized the one person from the last job and would expect the same quality work.

Shoutout to Suncoast Plumbing! They came in today, replaced our drain line from the house to the septic, and did the job efficiently and much faster than expected. On top of that did it under budget. We highly recommend them!

I contacted Suncoast Plumbing (they no longer do Electric) regarding a Carbon Rebed for my Kinetico system which should be performed every four (4) years. On Friday, 04.23.21 Tom K. arrives and performs the Carbon Rebed on my system. He did a fantastic job, cleans up everything afterwards. You would not even know he was here. Tom K. is a no-nonsense guy, no time to chat. He is an asset to Suncoast Plumbing. I will definitely continue to contact Suncoast Plumbing for all our Plumbing needs !!
