The worst experience I have ever had. Sun Valley remodeling from El Mirage Arizona Installed view windows ,patio door, House door, mini deck and stairs.
Before the they even did anything by the way they started doing things I knew they will screw up.I confronted them, confronted the Foreman And he got butt hurt So fast and so easy he called the big boss and complained. And unbelievable as it sounds But the boss called my wife And asked if we can stop asking questions. I could not believe it. Everything they did they screwed up. Doors do not seal properly. Sliding patio door can't even be locked. I have posted a video on YouTube Sun Valley remodeling El Mirage review you can check it out. This is the company you do not want on your property especially touching your stuff.

This company is TERRIBLE!! The job they did was half assed! The supervisor was absolutely TERRIBLE his name was Trevor, BTW. Totally unprofessional, cussing at his workers and yelling at them.. I will NEVER HIRE THIS CO. AGAIN! I should report them to the BBB... smh

Sun Valley Remodeling did a terrible job of replacing my foam roof in Sun City. First off they charged $22,000 per their contract to remove and replace 5 skylights, remove and replace 1"" of polyurethane foam, prime and come back 24 hours later to put on the elastomeric coating at a spread rate of 1.5 gallons per 100 sq. ft. and all they gave me was 2 quick wet coats at the same time with no dry time between coats and absolutely no primer and the whole job took 7 hours. The industry standard for a new foam roof is a minimum of 24 dry mils of elastomeric coating and they gave me an average of 8 - 10 mils (inspected and measured by Lapolla regional manager) and I had a brand new skylight leak into my bathroom. Also on flat roofs there should be a small pitch to help drainage but they did not do it which now I have huge ponding that stays on the roof longer than 32 hours even in hot summer weather. Come winter time those ponds will stay longer than 48 hours which the National Roofing Contractors Association says is a huge problem. They may be good for other types of jobs but definitely not for foam roofs.

This company was hired by the city to do this older ladys roof (my mother) . Well it leaked under warranty first time it rained, the warranty which is an exact 2 years by the way. They took forever to send someone to fix it, then guess what. It leaked in the same spot the following year. This old lady being in her late 70s kept calling them about the leak but no response. She then complained to the city, by the time the company responded they sent her a nice letter that the warranty expired by 3 months, even though the leak was the same obviously unfixed spot that was covered and if they had responded when she first told them it would have been covered under warranty. I would not hire them to do anything to to your home, if they're going to treat old people like this.
