Sheri H.I contacted Sun and got an appointment the same day. My washing machine was broken. Sunny was VERY accomodating with my schedule, as I did not want to miss work.
He arrived and quickly assessed the problem, said he'd be back the next day with the part to repair my machine. He was also very honest and said if that part didn't do the trick, it was probably the control board, and in that case, I should just buy a new machine as it was not worth it to me to pay for that repair. If that was the case, he would remove the new pump and not charge me for it, only the labor costs. AMAZING!!!
The next day he arrived as promised with the new part and promptly installed it. Thankfully it worked.
I felt the price was extremely reasonable, and could not have been happier with how quickly my washing machine was repaired.
Sunny was very courteous, super knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. I'm so happy to have found someone I will call again if I need more repairs. I could not be happier!
