Sun Glow takes pride in our 40 years in the greater Portland region, catering to the HVAC needs of numerous residential properties and businesses.
Founded by Ed & Sharon Golobay in the year 1972, Sun Glow Inc. was founded on the principle of providing exceptional service. This core commitment of superior service is the bedrock that family owners the Golobay siblings continue.

For more than five decades, Sun Glow has supported the local community, believing that the prosperity of our family-owned business should not only meet the needs of our employees, but also serve the demands of our community when means allow. We value our public service and know it shows who we strive to be.
David, the President of Sun Glow Inc., started his journey at Sun Glow at the age of 14 years. What started as a temporary position to repay his parents for a window incident, evolved into a commitment to the family business. By the end of that first summer, he shared with his father his dream to someday manage the family business.

For the next five summers, David worked during the summer months. After finishing high school, he attended college while working part-time, earning his Associates Degree before advancing to OIT for Mechanical Engineering.

About a decade back, David took on the role of the General Manager of Sun Glow. Just four years back, David and his wife, Dawn, purchased Sun Glow and have carried on in their parents' tradition.

Outside of work, David is deeply involved in his surroundings, much like his father Ed. He serves a host of councils, motivated by a commitment to leave a positive impact for not only his loved ones but for all those he interacts with.
