My technicians name was Jarrod. I had about three other bids for changing my gas line location in my fireplace in preparation for an insert. Jarrod was the first technician that was straightforward and very clear as to what I needed to have done, he then made the appointment, came back, did the work and was out before I even knew it, very personable knowledgeable, and to the point, I would definitely use this company again. Jarrod is the reason for that, he was a pleasure to work with. Did I mention Sun Glow was the best price available as well :)

I have been a customer of Sun Glow for several years. I have a monthly subscription service (about $20) and receive twice yearly HVAC tuneups. This is a good value for my money. I used Sun Glow to maintain a properly running HVAC system and for my own peace of mind. My tech today was Nathan again and not only is he professional but also he's friendly and easy to talk with.

Our A/C just quit yesterday. Sun Glow responded to our concerns right away. Travis gave us an estimate of when he could arrive. He was even early! He discovered the problem and fixed it efficiently. The work that I needed included input from PGE. Josh led us through the entire process. He communicated very well and provided regular updates. I have had my HVAC system for 10 years and there were some issues in the early days, but Sun Glow always scheduled me in a timely manner and worked tirelessly to resolve the issues. Now I have 3 room units that have worked well over these years with one needing a motor replacement , which was installed in half the time that I was told it could take. That's because the tech Eric was experienced and knowledgeable. Today Eric came for a leak in my living room unit. Eric worked diligently, clearing the clog while training a new hire but moving so efficiently, as he explained so joyously- despite having to work in tight spaces - I appreciate the entire company for the very pleasant and efficient office staff and the expert techs. Today it was Eric, but I've met 3 techs over the years and they have each been efficient and friendly. Also says something good about a company that retains their experts.

Sun Glow over booked themselves during a heat wave here in PDX, cancelled our appointment the night before with no communication, and when the technician came to the property, he stated that ""he did not have time"" to do the install we booked, and left without completing anything after an hour. We still have no a/c during the heat wave, and they stated they would not be able to book us again until a week later. Would leave no stars if I could, our senior husky who has had to sit through this heat with no a/c gives a HUGE thumbs down.
