Gary was quick to respond and sent Irwin out to help with a hot water heater issue . Irwin was professional, friendly and helpful , within two days we had a new water heater. I had tried many attempts with other companies but no one was available. Sun fire plumbing came to the rescue !

I wouldn't hire these guys for anything complicated. I've been an engineer in the building trades for many years and have rarely seen such incompetence. They put in a solar thermal system for my hot tub and installed a pump for a radiant floor system. They choose incorrect hardware to install, installed it incorrectly, it leaked all over the place and ultimately didn't work. They miswired the electrical and couldn't figure out simple circuitry. The owner hires his toothless friends who he says are great and then they leave a mess like spilled acid on the concrete. They switched out a controller they installed because they said it was too hard to understand. The replacement doesn't work either. Crazy stuff. I kept hoping they would get it right if I worked with them. The owner did eventually correct the leaks with apologies for being an alcoholic but the system controller still doesn't work and the owner is ghosting me. $6000 dollars later I'm left with a solar system controller that doesn't work. I'm pissed.

Exceptional excellence. Randall takes professional performance seriously. A job to replace water heater and insulate under-house pipes included repairing loose floor insulation, assessing and recommending a solution to a rodent infestation, and, without hesitation, crawled and maneuvered into the most restrictive spaces to ensure pipes were completely and properly insulated. Others would have omitted those areas completely.

I used Gary Sullivan a few years ago since he was one of only people recommended to deal with Solar Hot Water Systems. He diagnosed my Solar Hot Water System and replaced the Grundfos pump that had gone bad after 35 years. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing as he went through diagnostic process with me.

I recently called him with a leak in the system, after a short talk on the phone he sent Tom, an extremely knowledgeable, technician to fix the problem, Once again, great service from a business that knows what they are doing. If you have a Solar Hot Water System in the North Bay they are the once to call.

Gary was a terrific find. He was very professional and easy to work with and he installed our dishwasher in less than two hours. Not bad considering it was a tight fit and he had to do some electrical work as well. If you need a plumber I highly recommend Gary ... you'll be totally satisfied!

The main water line to my house ""blew out"". and water flooded the house on a Monday morning. After turning off the water before the entire water tank ran dry, we discovered the hole in the pipe. I called Gary and he arrived 30 minutes later and was ingenious in figuring out what to do to repair it and restore water to the house without having to break out all the concrete. He's returning tomorrow to install a new on demand water heater. I'll return to review that job as well. I really appreciated the professional and rapid response.

sun Fire did a job for us originally and we were pleased. The person ( Gary) was on time and the work went well. We used him for several jobs. Unfortunately the price kept increasing without us agreeing to extra hours and the last job was one on our water. He worked on it and said all done. It was at the street where the main valve comes in and the work broke and we lost hundreds of dollars worth of water. When we contacted him he came and fixed it, admitted it was his work that broke not something else, said he would help us pay for the lost water and stopped answering our calls and texts. Needless to say, no more Sun Fire for us!
