Excellent and prompt service for a main sewer line blockage. The clog was so tough (tree roots) that he had to call in a colleague with a water jet to break through. Afterwards, they gave us all sorts of useful advice about how to keep the tree roots out of the line in the future.

Kent is a kind, professional guy.....honest, timely and fair priced. I highly recommend him. It is hard to find a plumber who you feel is totally up front about repairs. We had used Kent for a plumbing repair once before and we called Sun Coast Plumbing, Kent and Riley, again to detect and repair a slab leak in our kitchen. They came out on the day that we called. They were able to detect and stop the leak, then came back the next day to re-route the plumbing lines through the ceiling. We've had no problems since and were very happy with the work they did. They minimized the need for ceiling repair by effectively re-routing the plumbing lines and referred us to a drywall and stucco repair person who did that job for us the next day. Our insurance company agreed with us that they did the repair for a fair price. We would use them again and we recommend them to others. They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.
