We had a great experience with them this past Sunday. Had an emergency situation. Kent answered right away and assured us Steve would be out around 12 noon. Steve was actually early, very polite, and resolved our issue quickly! Highly recommend!

Kent and his crew are awesome! I had an old tankless water heater break and purchased a new one from Home Depot and scheduled Kent for the install. When they opened the box to install the new water heater it was damaged. Kent ended up calling around and finding me a new much better tankless water heater, he picked it up brought it to my house and installed it. He corrected all of the weird things that the previous plumber had done. I am so very appreciative of the team at Sun Coast Plumbing. They were super easy to work with, did not take advantage of the situation and the price was fair. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

The first thing I have to share is that Kent is a person of integrity and does what is right for his customers. A neighbor referred me to Sun Coast after I had been abandoned by another plumber when I had no water because the water supplier on my old heater exploded. Kent is very knowledgeable and does quality work. He is my 'go-to' plumber from now on. As a side note, he knew the plumber that left me hanging and did not say anything derogatory. He simply 'took care of me' in a very professional manner. You can't go wrong with Kent!

Excellent service today from Kent. He replaced a shower valve, shower head and placed a new flange in the ground so that we can install a new toilet during bathroom remodel. He was on-time for our scheduled appointment, friendly and informative. We will certainly use this company again and refer him to neighbor's friends, family and business associates.

No one at this company asked me to write them a nice review. I recommend them because they were very quick to help us out of our problem. All the people involved were very helpful and kind. Because of our dilemma they sent someone over the very next day. He was also nice and helpful. He could have easily have taken advantage of us with a high priced redo of everything but insisted it wasn't necessary. It was a simple fix and he quickly took care of the problem. The price was very reasonable. These are good, honest people who I'll continue to use as our old plumber moved away.

I rarely give reviews but I had to this time. I've had a hard time finding an honest and reasonable plumber until now. I had a leaky faucet that leaked underneath the sink as well and a clogged garbage disposal. Josh came out the day after I made my appt. and fixed everything in a timely manner. He was awesome!! We was on time, professional, and got the job done! Not only that .... he didn't charge me an arm and a leg like other businesses . I highly recommend Josh. Amazing service and very reasonable pricing. My kitchen sink and dishwasher were backed up with slow intermittent draining. Long overdue review. We've been using Sun Coast everytime we have plumbing issues. They respond really quick. They easily identify the problem, explain the cause and fix it really fast. They don't upsell you on any other services. They make sure that everything is perfect before they leave. Great service! I would def recommend.
