1.12.2024: Called Aranda's, making it the 4th time I tried to use this plumber.
Kohler Simplice kitchen faucet was leaking from detached handle/valve. I sent pictures of it at my sink as well as an image from the Kohler site with model number. I was texted back saying ""does not help me at all I need you to bring it in."" I then texted an image of the cartridge as shown by Kohler for this unit and asked if this helps. He did not reply.
I called Kohler directly and learned they offer free parts replacement for life. They are shipping the parts at no cost.
Aranda's are suppose to be a place to find name brand parts not just plumbing work. This is twice they were indifferent in helping locate a part.
I also got a bid from them for a 4 zone min-split install using Daikin products. They were $10,000 more installed than what I eventually paid getting the hardware from Dahl Plumbing supply.
This business has been around over 70 years and it's clear they count on taking every advantage of unwitting customers instead of offering fair service.

Our expansion tank for the hot water heater sprung a leak and began to flood. Trish took my call and was very personable, knowledgeable, and gave me the info I needed. She got me an appointment ASAP. Jake came out and replaced the tank. It was done in a timely manner and everyone I interacted with in this exchange was awesome. They were thorough, timely, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them.

.The owner needs to know that someone in his company posed as an order taker/scheduler and set an appointment . When they never showed up after a number of calls they finally said we were never scheduled .,This is from the real scheduler and she was sorry. Some guy pulled a prank on her and she thought I was nuts. But my pipes are still leaking 1/2 gallon /hour in a desert community , Santa Fe New Mexico that needs every drop it can get. I had them out for a repair a year ago and was happy. So very unusual for this long time company. But here I sit with this leakage .That another company did the same thing. So the precious water still keeps flowing .
I know that the building trades are very busy now BUT PLEASE JUST TELL THE TRUTH. Were they good, reliable ,respond quickly NONE of the Above

We called three times over a period of five days. It has been over two weeks and they have never responded. They put out discount cards to get your business, but good luck getting them to either show up, schedule a meeting, or refer you to another plumber. If they can't answer a phone and return a call, what kind of work can one expect.

This is the one plumbing supply store in town that I can count on having ALL the plumbing parts and accessories I need. I had an exterior anti-siphon spigot break on Saturday morning. Although I had to wait until Monday when Aranda's was open, it was worth it not having to run all over town trying to find parts that would fit. The staff is always friendly and helpful and had the parts rung up in just minutes of my arrival. Save yourself the grief of getting generic parts that don't fit from Home Depot: trust the knowledgeable folks at Aranda's.

The heater they sold me still does not work after 3 service visits from them. I will never use them again. Rude on the phone. They offered to remove safety equipment (high limit switch) to keep it on. Not. They are a total fail.
