If you are looking for a dependable, intelligent & honest plumber who knows his craft, look no further! Charlie Drysdale is the best in town. He was also punctual! He was able to remove a valve seat that I had absolutely torn to shreds trying to fix a tub faucet myself & did a great job. He also cleaned up after he finished his work, which made my wife very happy.

We'll be calling him first the next time we need a plumber!

I just had new tile put in my kitchen, and the tile looks perfect, but the plumber (Jesse Saucedo) who was to put in my sink not only did not finish the job, but somehow did not connect the water to the dishwasher, so that it only baked the food on the dishes. Thank heavens for Charley Drysdale, who is here fixing the errors Jesse made! Should have called him in the first place! He's always been great for the 15 or more years I have known him!

Mr. Drysdale just left after about an hour spent repairing my shower mixing valve...replaced the valve body. We'd made an appointment last week to accommodate both our schedules and he was here as promised at 7:30 a.m. The mixing valve was 23 years old and was stuck in the hot position. We now have a nice new mixing valve that works as it should. I watched and we chatted as he worked. He's been doing plumbing for quite a while, is quite knowledgeable and knows the tricks and methods that work well. He has a good sense of humor and is pleasant to be around. For repairs, minor installation work, plumbing maintenance and HVAC, he's the first one I will call...and hope that he's available. He knows his stuff, a welcome addition to my list of skilled technical specialists to help keep my house running right.

After dealing with the worst plumber in Santa Fe [Sol Plumbing], I should take a moment to recommend the best - Drysdale Plumbing. In the years I lived there, I never had a problem he couldn't resolve efficiently and honestly.

Very poor service. Dennis the owner came out to service our AC. $300 later all seemed to work for a few weeks then it stopped working. We called them and Dennis came out and it turned out that a hose had come loose. He charged us $75 to put the hose on (about 2 minutes work). I noticed it still wasn't working correctly and examined it after he left. Turns out a few of the water sprinklers weren't working. He said he isn't responsible for this and would need to charge us another fee to get it working properly. Pretty rude.

Also, what's with the service charge for houses within Santa Fe county?

We were taken advantage of by this company, and would never recommend them.

We were given an estimate for a leak, and a water heater valve replacement for over $1,200. The woman at the office told me they charge $110 an hour, and then I was quoted $135 an hour by the worker the day they came to the house. I know nothing about plumbing, but figured that for the estimated amount of over $1,200, it would take them all day. But no. They were at my house for 20 minutes.

I was away from the house, but spoke to them when they got there, and before they left. They had my husband sign for the work, as he was the one at home. My husband is disabled and is not able to understand situations like this. I spoke to them on the phone and told them that for 20 minutes I would not pay $1,200, I would pay them for an hour, plus travel costs. I was told that if I had ""set it up as a per hour job, I would've been charged per hour, but I had asked for an estimate beforehand, so that's just the way it is"". I would have never signed for this had I been the one there.

I had quotes from two other plumbers who charged $90 and $100 an hour. I paid 10 times that much. This is an extremely unethical company.
