My husband and I have a small noise in our bathroom and called this plumbing business and they appeared to be fair and cheaper than other companies. After they were trying to locate the leak. Kane changed our shower cartridge and didn't get my approval before doing that. I asked why this was done without my approval and they said it was needed to be done to find the leak. That made no sense to me and the reason I became upset was because Chris was at my home and I asked how much it would be to fix the leak but it still had not been located, they told us the noise was the loudest near the sink. Chris stated that when they found the source of the leak the quote could range anywhere between $1400-2600. Chris was extremely unprofessional and said some things that business owners don't say to their customers. He also mentioned to me that they service a lot of elderly people's home and they just do the work without them asking questions. Sorry me and my husband work hard for our money and wanted to be informed what we were paying for. They cut three pieces of our dry wall and cut one of our cold water pipes on our sinks and did not locate the leak. They didn't charge us for the shower cartridge but I believe they became upset after I mentioned it and I had no problem paying the service to find the leak but it was never located.

If you are looking for someone to replace your water heater, or just looking for a plumber, then look no more. I will give six reasons as to why we will always be using Sun City Plumbing for our needs.

Backstory:
The day after Thanksgiving I walked into our garage and there were flames coming out of the base of our water heater and very loud popping noises. Thank goodness it didn't explode and that I was able to turn off the gas line and water heater before the situation got worse.

Reason #1
We immediately called three plumbers and ONLY Sun City responded during the holiday break. They called within 15 minutes. And even better...they came out the same day to help out.

Reason #2
We met Dave and he was very attentive,
listened, and gave us advice on what to do.

Reason #3
When Dave told us the problem, he talked to us about how our heater might be still covered under warranty and we might not even have to pay for parts/labor or a new heater. He helped us find the phone number to our Water Heater manufacturer and the serial/model number. He asked us to call first because if it was covered, then we might not have to pay for the repairs and Sun City wanted us to save as much money as possible. Please understand that Dave and Sun City did NOT have to do this. They could have just given us a price to repair or replace, but they went out of their way to see if we could save ourselves hundreds of dollars.

Reason #4
Unfortunately, after speaking to manufacturer, we missed the warranty date so Dave gave us a few options as to how to fix and/or replace the water heater. There was no pressure and both suggestions would have fixed the problem. I liked that he just didn't say, replace the whole thing...instead he gave us affordable options.

Reason #5
When we decided to just replace the unit, we asked how many days would we be out of hot water. He stated that Sun City had the unit in stock and it was a ""Bradford White Unit"" (which is a really good water heater brand) and they would install it the very next day (a Saturday) and within just a few hours of labor, we would have hot water again in less than 24 hours.

Dave's installation was very professional and he was very meticulously about the installation and cleaned the area as he worked.

In conclusion, if you are looking for an honest, very responsive, reliable, efficient plumber please give Sun City Plumbing a chance. We have found our plumber and hope you will too.

If there's one thing you never want to experience, it's the betrayal of your bathroom plumbing. My toilet had decided to rebel in the most dramatic fashion, and the shower was quickly beginning to look like a swamp.
The scene was grim: a backed-up toilet and a shower that had given up on draining altogether. But Cain waded in (figuratively, thank goodness) with the confidence of a superhero, minus the cape, and we were back to flushing and showering in no time! Did I mention how inexpensive this catastrophic event was?! I was sure I was going to have to burn it all down but it cost me less than a lash fill.
Your toilet will thank you, your shower will run smoothly, and you'll finally be able to breathe a sigh of relief--preferably in a fully functioning bathroom. Five stars and a standing ovation!

I called and asked about the pricing and they have the best price in the area. They came out the next day and installed a new water heater, and also installed a new shower faucet. I can absolutely recommend this company. My initial call was returned by Chris within 2 hours and he sent an excellent professional, Cain, the next morning. In less than an hour and a half the drain was cleared and a clean out installed for a really reasonable price.
