Had a leak on downstairs ceiling from upstairs bathroom. I called Sun City Plumbing, Ryan came out and immediately identified the issue. He replaced the wax ring on the toilet which resolved the issue. I highly recommend Sun City Plumbing, Ryan was prompt, friendly and got the job done! He even recommended a drywall person to me to repair my ceiling.

Very grateful to Sun City Plumbing! My family can't thank Chris , Cain and Mario enough . Called last night, Chris was able to get me into the books for a estimate , and his crew arrived first thing this morning. Team was very knowledgeable, Cain detected my leak right away , and immediately got to work and repaired my slab leak in no time at all. Moving forward I'll only use Sun City Plumbing . Living in a senior community is pleasant but some companies tend to take advantage of elders. At Sun City Plumbing, Chris and his team have always serviced our home quickly, efficiently, and with fair pricing. We had a repair that required emergency service and Chris sent Eric to investigate our problem on the same day.

Eric issued a speedy and proper diagnosis, gave us a temporary solution, and stated to return within 2 days. Most businesses are not servicing due to COVID-19, but since Sun City Plumbing has remained open timelines have understandably increased. Eric returned as stated, repaired the main issue, and even made time to install a leaking shower head. He was sure to wear his mask, gloves, and even brought booties, as we have a medically fragile family member.

The homes in my area over 50 years old. The plumbing (especially the pipes to the sewer) installed in the homes back in the '60s was made of iron. I contacted Chris and he explained that the clogging we were experiencing might be caused by failing clean-out pipes. He responded quickly and checked out the system. Eventually, he suggested installing a new clean-out in front of the house. The price was fair and the service was great. You can't tell from the outside any work had been done (and there was lots of digging). We've had no more back-ups since completion. We're very happy.
