Long story short! I purchased the house that I gutted and remodeled in 2018. The only thing I didn't replace was the 20 year old Trane AC unit only after two professionals informed me that they don't make them that way anymore to include Trane. Don't fix it if it's not broke. 3 years later it's still working but showing signs that it may leave me out in the cold or heat if you know what I mean. With that being said I got five estimate. The estimates below are the same unit tonnage and sear. $13,644, $14,138, $14,500, $16,000 with very aggressive sales guy. Sun City mechanical $7,900. I know what you're thinking, but let me tell you why I chose Sun City mechanical after checking Better Business Bureau, and it's not because they were the cheapest, but that did help! : ^ ) They are A+ rated with a 5 stars review doing business since 2003 with two locations in Buckeye and Sun City. The #1 reason was that they offer a five-year labor warranty. They are the ONLY ones that offered a five-year labor warranty all 4 of the others only offered one year or maybe two. After explaining why they can offer that warranty it was a no brainer. These guys got the job done quickly and professionally. I can go on and on but I'll leave it right here! EXCELLENT!

I called Sun City in a pinch last week on one of my rental properties. Manny was totally awesome and corrected my problem with an outstanding attitude. He explained in detail what the issue was and what the resolution was. You could tell he is a consummate professional. I've saved Sun City's phone number for future use. I know I'll be giving them a call again.

Sun City Mechanical, Jeremy Brown came out on a SUNDAY, A SUNDAY and didn't charge us because it was a plugged drain and it was really quick. I am shocked, I can not believe it! Jeremy called us before he got there and called us after to tell us it was something small. I am shocked I thought there would at least be a trip charge. I am so happy they were so honest. I will definitely recommend them in the future and will use them for all our AC needs! Thanks Jeremy Brown!

Sun City mechanical have excellent technicians. They installed a new stainless sink, a new toilet and a new hot water heater. Manny and Sergio are professional, experienced and know what they are doing. I would recommend this company to everyone. Last week I had a leak in my garage, Manny found a loose connection behind my washer. Since I am a loyal customer, I was not charged for the visit. NOT even a service call. It pays to stay with one company that you can rely on.

This will change if they are here this morning. I had a new motor and bearings $632, installed May 28th. Today its over 77 degrees. U have turned down to 68. The temperature is not going down. I called them at 6:59am. I was told they would call when in the way. Called back at 7:30. I wad than told they would squeeze me in! This is wrong. I already paid for my service. I should be 1st before anyone else. I have animals that can not handle this heat. I need them here asap. I will update this and do reviews everywhere else in the mean time. Hopefully the company does the right thing and gets to me immediately before we have to evacuate to a hotel or something. That's about 3 hours away max!

They helped us set up the new thermostat and pair it with our phones. A couple weeks later a thank you gift basket arrived. This company is a exceptional.

Here are my words..... Beware of these so called ""experts"".
Their ""a/c tech's are paid a commission on what they sell or repair.
The more repairs they sell the more money the technician gets paid.
Do you think that type of pay compensation could possibly lead to the selling of ""unnecessary parts and repairs"". Very similar situation in the auto repair business. Most auto repair shops pay their repair mechanics
a percentage of what they repair on your vehicle. If you're looking for an reputable shop or A/C repair biz ask the owner or manager of the shop how their repair tech's are paid.

I can't say enough good things about this company! Every tech that has come out over the last couple of years to service our commercial a/c has been honest, friendly, and professional. We used to get 2nd opinions when dealing with a/c companies and repairmen, but we've never had a reason to doubt this company.
