I'm not sure if they are ok or not. They said everything was clear when they scoped my sewer system. The problem is that my realtor hired them and didn't check prices. I paid 237 to have the scope done. I know it's cheaper elsewhere. Check prices

This was the previous post, however I am adding to it. Sun City Mechanical made me very happy again this morning. Sergio, the plumber drained my water heater, checked all plumbing in the house. Sinks good shower good etc. Glenn also arrived a little later --he is the AC tech. He tested all my air-conditioner equipment so yes I am ready because here comes 110° weather soon. Thanks to you all at Sun City mechanical. Thank you for always your assistance and help----Sun City Mechanical. Very happy with this company. They installed my air conditioner and heater about six years ago. I am on their service contract for both plumbing and AC, heater check yearly. I just had new faucets put in my bathroom - beautiful job they did.

I called SCM last week when my elderly mom had a leak under her bathroom sink. They got over there the same day I called and took very good care of her. They had their own restoration company to dry out the carpet, replace drywall, fix everything that got ruined in the flood and even handle the insurance claim.
I called them because they are who we use at my work and I felt I could trust them with my mother and they wouldn't take advantage of her. She couldn't have been more happy with the technician who came and the entire process. Thanks SCM!!

I purchased a home in surprise in may of this year in april the seller had sun city mechanical come out for an inspection. The tech said the ac was working.properly and the drain was completely clear upon an inspection of the home i purchased the inspector found rust at the drain and said the ldrain line had a clog we went to the seller and they produced a reciept from sun city mechanical. Not even 30 days after.move in. I developed a water leak in my bathroom i had called my home warranty. They came out. Checked it. Fround the trap for the drain 100% clogged. With this leak. It damaged my walls. I called sun city mechanicaland even so much as went to the office. Showed them the damage( clogged trap) and pictures of my damaged wall. They sent the lead tech out a few days later and said. They are not responsible. Tech wasnt even there 5 minutes. I have called them back numerous time. With not getting anywhere with them. I would never and i mean never reciament sun city mechanical to anybody. I also have filed a report with the bbb. Buyer beware. Dont use sun city mechanical

I don't really know how many stars to put here. We requested a quote for a Mitsubishi mini-split for our garage. Electrical ready to go. They quoted a different inferior unit so we called them back and asked for the Mitsubishi quote. It was hard enough to get the first quote and of course they said ""sorry thought he had already given you the quote"". Well it's been two months now and no call, no quote. So as far as stars, maybe it should be ZERO since they don't care if they have a new customer. Guess they just don't need the money. They are off our list.

Sergio from Sun City Mechanical just left and while he did not have any good news regarding my leaking toilet, he was a pleasure to deal with. On time, very personable and helpful. Showed me the problem and the solution (new toilet) Will be back next week to install.

WOW! An honest contractor. We were in a hurt, because our water heater quit working while we were away. I couldn't get the pilot light lit following the instructions as printed on the unit. Had a friend stop by and he had no luck. Call my Nieghbor and he said I've used these guys for years and have always been satisfied. So, I call them and told them my problem. The staff was extremely courteous and very helpful in making sure they got someone out here today. They gave me a reasonable time frame and even called prior to getting here. The water heater is about 10 years old so I figured I was about to get the big one. Instead Sergio ask a couple of questions, and quickly fixed the problem. I now know the instructions don't really explain about warmer temps. here in Az. So problem fixed and cost was much better than what I expected. They have my vote and will get my business in the future. Great job!

Buyer beware!!!! They sold us a 4tion Rudd four years ago and we've been miserable ever since! We've had them out to check for problems and one of their service men actually told me that they don't operate as well as they do after the first year. And we spent 5k with them!!!

They recommended a product, we bought it & now we're stuck. Our only option is to buy a NEW 5ton unit or put up one of those 1 ton wall mounted units downstairs.

We trusted them. Please don't make the same mistake. Get several opinions!!! There has to be better in the Valley of the Sun!

That review by Jake must be from a competitor... I have used Sun City Mechanical for 10 years. Gary and the employees are extremely courteous and professional. I recommend them to all my friends and family and they are very happy.

They have replaced my water heater twice, fixed various plumbing issues, and checked my AC system many times and have been great.

Give them a call, you will be pleasantly surprised by the service and price.
