We had a very good experience with this contractor. We had a failed heat pump compressor and were referred by our Home Warranty company. Alex called me after business hours the first day to ensure the house wasn't too cold to wait until morning to come fix our unit. He arrived early the next day and was professional and courteous. When it was determined that our unit was still under manufacturer warranty, Alex went out of his way to work with both the manufacturer and our home warranty company to ensure the heat was fixed as soon as possible. Even though we ran into bureaucratic issues with both warranty companies, Alex stayed on task and worked through the difficulties to ensure we were taken care of as soon as possible. I would recommend this company due to the professionalism and excellent customer care.

I had to write this review because this company deserves it. First off Alex Burgos took my first call to the company, I explained my a/c issues to him and the fact that I had a handi-cap room mate and he cannot go without air conditioning. He was so pleasant and understanding. Please keep in mind this was late afternoon. He took down all my information at 16:00 and told me he would be there at 17:30. Within 10 minutes I received a text message that a service rep was on the way and by 16:35 he was there to assist us. I watched him as he checked out my unit and he found the problem right away. He resolved the breaker issue that I had immediately and then examined the inside and outside unit. My a/c unit is 7 years old and I have pets, the inside unit was extremely dirty and the coils needed cleaned. He quoted me a very reasonable price to clean the coils. I wanted to check with a friend of mine that also does a/c. I could not reach him earlier so I finally spoke with him before Alex left my home. My friend that I have known for years quoted me $100.00 more than Alex. Sad but true. I scheduled an appointment with Alex for the next morning at 11:00 am to do this service for me. The tech that came the next morning was ErvIn Voshell and he was suppose to arrive at 11:00 am. I got a text at 09:52 am to tell me he was on the way. I loved the fact he was early so that it did not get too hot in the house while the system was down. He was equally as helpful, explained and showed me everything he was doing. This is an amazing company and I hope more people will give this small business a true. Thank you, Brenda

I recently had an AC emergency when my 80 year old father was visiting when our A/C went out. I have used Alex and Sun City in the past and have been very happy with his service. I have AHS home warranty and tried to initially get them to send Sun City again, however they insisted on sending another company. Well, the other company came and said they didn't know how to work on a communicating thermostat and just left me wit no AC. I decided to call Alex and Sun City direct and he advised he personally would respond within 30 minutes!! So 30 minutes later, Alex arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the repair. Amazing customer service and responsiveness. Alex and his guys really know their stuff and are very knowledgeable and efficient. This is an honest and great company!! Thank you Alex and others, you guys are the absolute best!

These guys are great! You won't find a a better team that cares about their customers and responds they way Sun City Heating & Air Company does. We called late in the day Saturday and they responded very quickly. They were very clear about their prices and service. I would definitely recommend making the call to see what they can do for you in your time of HVAC need.

Horrible customer service! Nasty people. Fooled me twice. Once this pasted January when the failed to show up after a scheduled appointment. And again this week. They don't answer a confirmation email call and don't care about the clients Sears contracts to them to take care of. If you are going to have contracts and make yourself available then honor them!!! If not DO NOT TAKE THEM! Both times made arrangements to have someone home between 8-4 both times they failed to come out. Simply disgusted. Can't even give them a star but I had to in order to post this review

The technicians from the time they got here were trying to say it it was not an A/C problem. I had to prove that it was. When they finally tested the issue, they realized it was a problem they did not want to fix. They had to call for authorization. It was hot outside, so I went into the house. I cam back out and they were gone. I called the main office who basically said they had other jobs. So maybe if you have a quick easy job, they can charge you a bunch of money for they might be o, otherwise avoid, move on, don't call this company.

This company was amazing and took multiple calls with me, over the weekend, to assess my needs and get my a/c working again. They were suggested through my home warranty, after the first company failed to fix our issue. I am so grateful to Alex and his team. Thank you!!
