I called Sump Pump Gurus ( 141 Victoria Arms Circle, Kunkletown, PA 18058 and also in 292 Main Street Hackensack, NJ )
They replaced existing two Sump pumps and also added back up sump pumps. Water back up sump pump was installed incorrectly.
It was connected to existing sprinkler line which gets shut off in winter and hence water back up sump pump will not work. They charged more than $4000. Have been trying to have them fix the issue from last 6 weeks. They do not even pick up the calls or answer any e-mails. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service. Owner told me that they would come to fix the issue on Dec 8th at 3 pm with the condition that I should remove or modify my review about their service or pay additional $294.25 to which I agreed but they never showed up nor did they call to reschedule. Now they will not even pick up my calls or answer e-mails.
Will not recommend to any one.

Who knew there were sump pump gurus??? These guys knew everything about my sump pump...well more than me. They came in, evaluated my system, cleaned it out, lubricated it and tested it (for 20 minutes with the hose) and made sure it was draining properly. I feel assured that I am ready for any water that may come!

Referred to them by another contractor when he heard our sump pump making a weird noise. For $ 59 they came out, and inspected the pump the basement and our drainage system. They serviced the pump and cleaned it out. No more weird sounds, and we are set for annual maintenance. Use the Yelp deal to save some bucks, we missed it!
