My experience with Sumner Plumbing was horrible. There were three guys that came out to see what the cause of the water damage was. I was told that tall of the drainage system had to be replaced. I asked for something writing so I could give to my insurance company as they had requested, and was told that if my insurance company wanted the report that they could contact them. My insurance company left this for me to do. Every time I have tried to get the report from this company, they lie to me. They have never told me what the issue is and have never given me a report yet. I would not recommend these people to anyone. Due to this company, I have had to have my claim put on hold. Please do not do business with Sumner Plumbing.

I couldn't have asked for better service!! They took the time to explain and show me what was going on with my plugged lines. Their response time was quick. As you can imagine when your plumbing doesn't work, time is of the essence. Thanks again Sumner Plumbing!

I was very pleased to have used Sumner Plumbing several times for repairs at my home through my Home Warranty program. Once that expired, I kept them on speed dial for any projects I needed. I hired them to install a power vent water heater in my home, and vent it to the outside. I was assured it was done properly. After having two HVAC contractors at my home for different issues, both times, they immediately noticed my water heater was not properly vented. When I reached out to Sumner Plumbing the first time, they assured me it was right...when I reached out to them the second time, I was told it would be an additional $650 to correctly vent the water heater I paid quite a bit of money to have done properly the first time. I can't express my disappointment enough, and strongly recommend not using them.
