Jimmy Tate responded to our call for assistance with a broken AC system within 30 minutes, showed up at our location almost immediately, diagnosed the problem, retrieved the parts he needed, and got us up and running. From our initial phone call to the time we were up and running, less than two hours elapsed!!!
