& make sure you don't move states before writing a review or you'll get a snarky reply from their very personable employee!

Had them come out to diagnose a leak I had near my water heater which turned out to be a simple fix. The technician told me I could've saved $120 if I learned how to open my eyes. Maybe because I fly a pride flag in my yard?

I contracted Summit valley Plumbing to clear my pipes and they failed to do the job in a timely manner and stained my carpet with their dirty equipment. Very bad customer service. -Karen

the worst plumbing company i've had in 40 years. i had to file a police report because they stole things during their visit. the guy who did our plumbing was very unprofessional & tried hitting on my underage daughter. i would've hired my neighbor's blind husband before these idiots

I really can't say how they are. Other than, I called and someone answered as if it were a home phone. I had to ask if I had the correct number. I told her we had a back up Tim and toilet and asked if anyone could come in the near future. She responded that she had no one, and it would he at least 2 weeks.
I called Jackson plumbing in Cedar, they were here in less than 2 hours, awesome guy that came. Fixed us up and that was that! I will totally use Jackson plumbing again!

Extremely unprofessional plumber . Was hired by our contractor to put the plumbing in our addition change the plans and toilet had a 10 inch flange and although it was marked for a 12 inch flange . He refused to fix it saying it was up to code and you wouldn't want your toilet to rock. 10 inch rough in is to close to wall and toilets cost much more . plumbing under the house had all pipes rubbing . We hired someone else to fix it.
