Although I did not end up using them, their customer service is amazing! I needed some help with a leak in my water heater, reached out and they were going to move something things around to get me help same day within a few hours. Because of my schedule I needed get it done sooner (not Summits fault by any means because they were going to help). I let Rhonda know that, and she went above and beyond to follow up with me to confirm we had gotten the help we needed. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. Thank you for being willing to rearrange schedules to try and help me out. Customer service is 2nd to none!

Summit has done 2 jobs for us. Installed a dishwasher air gap and then replaced 2 bathroom faucets and drains.
Communicate was easy. They came in a team of two both times. They were polite and transparent.

I had a leaking frost free spigot. It only leaked (behind foundation)when spigot was on. They accessed it quick, able to fix in under 30 minutes time. The spigot probably costs $50-$60...but charged over $400 for everything which I knew when they gave me an estimate. Rather then try to get more bids or fix myself...I just had them do it. Aside from that, good work but not cheap. Get estimates if you have time.

Free estimates are getting rare these days and companies that are prompt to return messages are getting rare as well.

We decided to change our initial plans but, should we have any plumbing needs in the future, we would absolutely call them again.

Contacted this company in February about a plumbing job. They were wonderful at responding and assured me that they could help me give me a number to text And a number to call which was great.
But after three days of texting and calling no one continue to return my messages
I got no further information
I got no estimate
I got no return contact after that not sure what happened.
I could not continue to try and make contact with no response as I really needed help with my plumbing so I was very disappointed I do not know what their skill level is I do not know what their work is like but initially their contact was great
if you want to know information about how that work is you will have to check other reviews I was never able to get past initial contact.

They came to clear a plugged drain and quickly realized the issue was out of their specialization. They referred me to a different company right away. They could have made an ""attempt"" that they said would likely have not worked, then charged me, but they showed 100% integrity.
