We have had them out to replace entire lines that tree roots had destroyed. From the house to the street both both sewer and clean line had to be replaced and of course ran at an angle to the streett

Done the day after a call courtesy and a reasonable rate. Even saved my old Japanese maple tree with the care of an arborist. Total cost: $11K

Flash a month forward, we are remodeling from the studs and subfloor up due to the flooding of the former. Summit was hired again to install the new shower plumbing, sink plumbinng and toilet flange--which is when we found or corrigated steel was 1/2 filled with gunk that was solid--Vancouver water and 50 year old steel pipes. So the house house was repiped with a new water heater. Total cost $13K

In the end, yes everything was reasonably priced. given work that had to be done. Very high quality work, cheerful people, and to see the boss in the thick if a job ; that tells me the quality of the people.

Old fashioned service, good quality parts, the customer and their needs to the front.

I admit, I messed up. I saw an estimate, gulped, said ""Holy cow"" and then signed it so he could proceed. The work was performed (the plumber was great!) but we paid almost twice what I think we should have for installing a kitchen faucet.

We bought the faucet. We paid for the labor. He was there for less than an hour and we were charged almost $600.

I should have gotten a second quote, so that's on me. We were not sent a receipt or offered anything in writing. The quote was one line - no itemization - so I am unsure if it was a fixed fee or perhaps the wrong fee charged. When we called the office to inquire, they were fairly defensive and assured us they ONLY PROCEED WITH THE WORK AFTER SOMEONE AUTHORIZES IT. And that they don't charge by the hour but by the service. On the call, she could not provide the normal charge for the service of installing an owner-provided faucet, offered to talk to the owner, but hasn't followed up in 48 hours.

We have had them work here before, and everything was clear and in writing. Not so much this time. Will take our business elsewhere.

We had Summit out to see about a backed up kitchen sink and dishwasher. Brandon gave us 2 options and informed us about the consequences of each one. Instead of snaking a long standing problem drain in the crawlspace, he recommended a HydroJett application. It worked really well and left us with well flushed out pipes, instead of just a snake hole through accumulating sludge. It was worth the extra cost and will likely last us a very long time. Thanks to Brandon and Tyler who did all the work.

One unforeseen problem is that we were left with a wet, stinky crawlspace and hadn't been told to expect that. We we given a business card for a crawlspace cleaning crew, but that would be even more $$ and the procedure already cost a lot. I had to dry and clean it myself.

Don't bother. They didn't show up for a scheduled appointment and we wasted an entire afternoon. When we called they claimed it wasn't on their calendar.

I contacted Summit regarding a minor leak in a hot water line. But the pipe is located in a home crawl space of very difficult access. Summit very promptly responded, sent a highly experienced, efficient crew, and the pipe was accessed, assessed, and fully repaired in less than two hours' time. This was just superb, precise, and highly courteous service. Cost was perfectly reasonable given difficulty and scale of job required. Summit will henceforth be my most preferred contractor for all home plumbing needs. They are exceptionally fine professionals and highly reliable. Hire Them!

These folks are great. I had a broken pipe on the outflow of a sump pump during a heavy rain. The office kept me apprised of when the techs would come out. They arrived earlier than originally planned due to a cancellation and the office called to make sure it was OK for an earlier appointment. The guys were in and out quickly after getting the materials needed. The techs were cordial and clean, and explained everything to me.
While a little on the expensive side, I would use them again!

Oh my gosh!!! FABULOUS!!! A plumbing ""emergency"" on a Friday morning--tried contacting several plumbers and Summit was one of the first to respond. I spoke w/Rhonda and she gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision -- the guys were SO close to my home, they were at my door in ten minutes!!..who does that??? Summit does!!! Andrew and Trevor showed up and gave me the ""diagnosis"" quickly -- I was given the price ahead of any work being started (even given a bit of free labor when a ""glitch"" arose)!...who does that? Summit does! :) Andrew and Trevor were so kind, respectful and professional! The job was completed in less than 30 minutes!! This company has my TRUST and my business going forward -- What a Blessing to find Summit Plumbing! Thanks so much! :)

Great company! Showed up on time (no one else did if they showed up at all) and did great work. They installed a very heavy vanity in our upstairs bathroom and had to navigate sharp turns and narrow areas. They were careful and managed it flawlessly. The install looks amazing and faucets/drains work great! The guys were so friendly and thorough. Highly recommend!

I used Summit to replace my main waterline, repipe my galvanized 1930s house, and install a hot water heater and they did a great job. Brandon was super knowledgable in giving me advice on how to consider my renovation projects in light of the plumbing fixtures and gave me a very fair price. I was able to get both jobs scheduled within the week after the initial walk-through, and the team was fast and thorough in getting the job done and cleaning up after the project - would definitely recommend them and will use again for any plumbing hiccups!
