We just had an experience with another plumber who did subpar work and later realized were taken advantage of for what was charged. Chaney at Summit Plumbing did excellent work, was very clean and the price was very reasonable. We have found our ""go to"" for all plumbing needs. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Their work and prices see fine, but their customer service in terms of scheduling someone to come out or following up with phone calls is terrible. If I didn't follow up myself to try and get someone to come out I don't think they would have ever called me back. Did some research and went with another company.

I have had a terrible stopped up kitchen sinks in my apartment x 2 weeks. After another plumbing company came to my home twice with no results, Derik with Summitt Plumbing came by and completely cleared out the lines, cleaned up his mess, and was very professional and efficient. I will always request Summitt plumbing!

Great Help! In the middle of the recent flooding in the valley and snow storms with road closures up here in Tahoe, my heater failed me. Under one of those home warranties I was told a minimum of 5 days for a service call. Upon request I got hooked up with Summit, Chad called that evening-after hours and talked to me regarding the problem. With the white out conditions and service trucks stranded, he guided me on what to look for and how to fix it. Had the heater running in 5 minutes and it has been working great for days! ""No Charge"" he said. Cannot believe that there are people out there that care and go the extra mile for a stranger. Thank-you soo much! Will call you first if needed in the future!

We were referred to Summit from our home warranty. Our old central heater went out during a winter cold snap. Chad came the same day we called because we were afraid our pipes were going to freeze. He is a great trustworthy guy and spend a lot if extra time on the phone with our insurance company to authorize the quick delivery of a new one.
