Never use this company. No follow through and their supposed committment . I was leaking 300 gallons of hot water a day for 3 weeks waiting on the promise of a delivery for parts. They called and left a message that the parts were definite on a specfic day. When I called mid day on promised date I was told the parts were back ordered. They will tell you what you want to hear and then never follow up. Do not use this company.

What a nightmare this place is. I'd give it zero stars if I could. This company was assigned by my home warranty company on 12/6. Here it is a month later and no progress. They came and assessed the issue 12/13. The plumber said he would submit the paperwork to my home warranty company as I needed a replacement on my water heater and they would call me to schedule the service. I didn't hear anything after a week, so I called. The lady told me ""oh he didn't submit it to your home warranty company until this Tuesday"". I asked why it took him 3 business days to get this submitted. She said she would call me back. She calls back and said ""oh he did submit it Thursday actually. Waiting on approval"" (called warranty company this was a lie). But whatever I just need it replaced, so waited for approval. Received approval a few days later, but was on vacation, but still expected a call from the plumber to schedule. No call. I called upon my return from vacation on 12/28 (this had been approved for over a week with no follow up). The young lady that answered said she could get me on Friday betweeen 2-4 and it would take up to 4 hours. I thought that would be odd to start so late, so confirmed. She agreed. I skipped skiing Friday to be there. Well they never showed up! Called them around 3:45 and got an answering service. Nobody ever called me back. I called Monday morning. Told the lady everything that is mentioned above and she said ""oh we are still waiting for approval"". I almost lost it. ""No you aren't! I have had the approval for almost two weeks! And I was scheduled."" No apologies nothing. She said she would look into it and call me back. I specifically asked ""can I expect your call today because your company's follow through has been awful."" She confirmed it would be today. Obviously she didn't call back. I will be finding another business. I wouldn't even trust the work they provide at this point.
