My home warranty company sent Summit to look at my water heater. It needed replacing and this was the day before Thanksgiving and I had 14 out of town guests that would all be in need of showers. The tech called the warranty company and while waiting for them to give the OK went ahead an ordered the new water heater just in time to make the last delivery to Dayton that day. He came back and installed it and it works great with no problems. I would definitely use Summit again/

Last week Summit made an appointment at our home for 8-10 AM today. They showed up at 12:30 PM no phone call to say they would be late. Not good customer service.
