We've lived here since 1978 and their dedication to service and integrity has surpassed any other plumbing company we have ever used. No exceptions.

Great experience and service with Summit Plumbing ! Our daughter just bought a house and the bathrooms got clogged . We called the Home Warranty and they contacted Summit. Shane called me soon after and told me he was on his way when other plumbers told us it would take them 2 days . They were swamped but since it was an emergency Shane said they would come between jobs and they did . An hour later we were able to use our toilets ! The house didn't have a main line clean out so the Home Warranty told us it wouldn't cover the long sewer cable to clear nor to install a line :( . We decided to get it done from our pocket , so Shane and his crew would come another day to install a main line .
They did return a week later . Shane and Allen did a magnificent job in short time !! We also appreciate that they were very considerate with the big rose bushes and the grass , and replanted them after installing the line ( see pics ) . I had asked Shane if he could install couple of new toilets and replace shower headsets in the bathrooms , which he also did in no time and with a big smile under his mask :).
Very helpful and professional crew and rates very reasonable as well. We will definitely be calling them for future jobs .

So incredibly shady and unprofessional. They were sent out by my homeowner's insurance because a pipe burst under our house. We were supposed to only pay the $75 service fee but they gave us another bill for $300 saying that our slab was thicker than ""normal"" and that they had to get more materials, and they insisted our homeowner's insurance wouldn't pay the difference, LIES! (I spoke with the insurance and they said the company should have contacted them for authorization of the ""extra"" work.) Then they never bothered to cover anything in our kitchen when they were jack hammering so I was finding bits of broken tile everywhere, including inside my toaster, for a week. The whole time they were here the language they were using was extremely offensive and I have small children in the house. Then they didn't even do the job correctly and had to come back out and do a repair because they forgot to flush the line and our sink got clogged with debris! Don't use them if you can help it!

We have been using Alan for YEARS! He is HONEST and a hard worker- he always gets us up and running (we have to have roots removed every so often now -)
as fast as he can at a reasonable cost!
