Company Overview

Summit Plumbing is a third-generation plumbing business. Started by Howard and Nina Waller, it has been handed down to their son Aaron Waller and granddaughter Makayla Waller. Every team member grew up in this trade until we reached adulthood in our careers.

My name is Aaron, and I’ve worked in the plumbing field since 1994 and I am a licensed Master Plumber since I obtained my Master Plumber license in 2005. I started plumbing service departments for three different firms I worked for. I learned under my father while I earned my licenses. I am Master Licensed in the states of Georgia and Alabama. I enjoy my work, each day is a new adventure! I get to see the history in homes that are older than I am and I strive to help in bringing back their original glory, while meeting people who have fascinating backgrounds from different cultures! I enjoy working alongside people to resolve their issues and I work to ensure their living space feel a little more like home with every detail I can provide.

Way over priced. Then they did work on an additional item after a major clog and they 'didnt charge me' for that item. So when I had new issues caused by what they fixed 'free' technically, I had to have them come back bc whatever they did free caused some new noises. Well they charged me to come out again. Usually the work is honored but they saved themselves by saying they didnt charge me for the initial cheap fix. Beware and put all thats fixed and all that has warranty in writing. I thought it was bad business to charge a customer another $50 who just paid nearly $600 the first time (which was over priced too). I should have been told at the time of the appointment that there would be a service call. Wont use again.
