Company Overview
We are a third generation plumbing company. Established by Howard and Nina Waller, it transitioned to Aaron and Makayla Waller. Each member of our team were raised in this trade until we reached adulthood in our careers.
My name is Aaron, and I have been in the plumbing field since 1994 and I am a licensed Master Plumber since 2005. I started plumbing service departments for three other businesses I was employed by. I trained with my father while I obtained my licenses. I am Master Licensed in both Georgia and Alabama. I find joy in my job, it’s an adventure every day! I have the opportunity to witness the stories in homes that are older than I am and I work to assist in reviving their former beauty, while meeting people who have amazing stories from all around the globe! I enjoy working alongside people to address their concerns and I strive to help make their life at home feel a little more like a comfortable haven with every detail I can provide.

Private P.Way over priced. Then they did work on an additional item after a major clog and they 'didnt charge me' for that item. So when I had new issues caused by what they fixed 'free' technically, I had to have them come back bc whatever they did free caused some new noises. Well they charged me to come out again. Usually the work is honored but they saved themselves by saying they didnt charge me for the initial cheap fix. Beware and put all thats fixed and all that has warranty in writing. I thought it was bad business to charge a customer another $50 who just paid nearly $600 the first time (which was over priced too). I should have been told at the time of the appointment that there would be a service call. Wont use again.
