Summit Plumbing
Company Overview
Summit Plumbing is a locally-owned plumbing business. Established by Howard and Nina Waller, the company was passed down to their son Aaron Waller and granddaughter Makayla Waller. Every team member have been immersed in this field until we were old enough in our careers.
I go by Aaron, and I have been in the plumbing field since the mid-90s and I’ve been a licensed Master Plumber since 2005. I started plumbing service departments for three other businesses I worked for. I trained with my father while I secured my licenses. I am licensed as a Master Plumber in Georgia and Alabama. I enjoy my work, each day is a new adventure! I have the opportunity to witness the history in homes that have been around longer than I have and I aim to support in bringing back their original glory, while meeting people who have fascinating backgrounds from different cultures! I take pleasure in partnering with people to address their concerns and I work to ensure their home experience feel a little more like a sanctuary with every detail I can provide.

Recommended Customer Reviews

Way over priced. Then they did work on an additional item after a major clog and they 'didnt charge me' for that item. So when I had new issues caused by what they fixed 'free' technically, I had to have them come back bc whatever they did free caused some new noises. Well they charged me to come out again. Usually the work is honored but they saved themselves by saying they didnt charge me for the initial cheap fix. Beware and put all thats fixed and all that has warranty in writing. I thought it was bad business to charge a customer another $50 who just paid nearly $600 the first time (which was over priced too). I should have been told at the time of the appointment that there would be a service call. Wont use again.
