I had a problem with my boiler that needed immediate attention. My boiler stopped working, and it required a replacement as soon as possible. Circle Plumbing and Heating recommended Summit Mechanical Plumbing & Heating to me.

I contacted Bill on a Monday. I understand that providing a quote is standard practice, but I needed the work done quickly since the boiler is my only source of hot water—and there was no hot water!

This situation is especially critical because I have a handicapped granddaughter living with me. I know Bill does quality work, but I will never find out because on Monday, I was asked to send a picture of the boiler, which I promptly sent.

There was no reply. On Tuesday, I texted to ask if I could get a quote that day—I waited four hours before getting a reply and was told he would come out later in the afternoon. Sadly, I neither saw him nor received any updates.

I reached out again this morning, about an hour ago—but I have yet to receive a reply. It's impressive when businesses have enough work that they don't need more, but it's frustrating for potential customers to have to chase them down.

If you can't make it or can't come out when you say you will, then it's best to communicate your situation clearly.

I contacted Summit because my toilet was running. I foolishly thought I could change the seal on my own, and predictably, that made it worse.

The technician, Bill came by and was able to make use of the materials I had to fix it all. He then checked the supply lines and various leak points to ensure there were no other current or future problems.

In light of the current pandemic, Bill was mindful to limit our interaction and complete the job well. Additionally, I was able to stay on an online meeting while he took care of everything.

I highly suggest Summit to anyone looking for great service, and I plan to use them for my next project—upgrading my water heater.

I realized that no one was available to work on my boiler after hours. Upon getting in touch, the representative I spoke to lacked experience with my system. But, they pointed me to Bill, and that was a good call.

He not only repaired the issue with my unit, and he explained why it was malfunctioning in a timely manner for my renters. He's honest, friendly, and very personable while chatting.

I would recommend him for repairs. The team at Summit Mechanical Plumbing & Heating delivers trustworthy service and I appreciate their help.

I strongly advise against using this guy! This contractor is rude and dishonest who embarrasses his work.

I contracted him two separate times to check my furnace but it yet did not work properly.

I called him to inquire if he stands by his services, he stated only the tasks he finished.

I challenged him, if my boiler is still not functioning properly, so why should I hire him again to fix the difficulty he should've fixed the initially?

He stated he is not responsible for my unit. He could be inept as well as trying to take advantage of me; no matter what, this is not okay.

I contacted a reputable service out, and they fixed it in a shorter period and expense. I appreciate nothing, this individual.

In conclusion, I would advise against this plumbing service for any plumbing needs.

Summit Mechanical Plumbing & Heating was excellent! The plumber communicated through text to help diagnose the problem. He came on time, and charged a fair price. After I encountered another problem arise the following day and he assisted me solve it independently over the phone! I will certainly contact them next time I require a plumber.
