Summit was great! He communicated via text to help diagnose what was going on, arrived on time, and charged a fair price. I had a second issue arise a day later and he helped me solve it myself over the phone! I will definitely call Summit Mechanical the next time I need a plumber

My boiler went out and needed to be replaced asap. I was referred to Summit by Circle Plumbing and Heating. I contacted Bill on Monday. I know it's standard to provide a quote but I just needed this done since it is my source of hot water - and I have none! My handicapped granddaughter lives with me and this is critical. Bill might do really good work but I'll never know, On Monday I was requested to send picture of the boiler, which i did promptly. Heard nothing back. On Tuesday I texted asking if I could get a quote that day - 4 hours later I heard back and was told he would be able to come out later in the afternoon. Didn't see or hear from him. Texted this morning about an hour ago -- no reply. It's great when businesses have enough work that they don't need anymore. Not so great when potential customers have to chase them down and find out what's happening (or not). If you are too busy or can't make it out when you say you will then at least be upfront about it.

Called Summit - my toilet was running and I (foolishly) tried to replace the rubber ring myself - and of COURSE that made it worse. Bill came by and was able to use the kit I had bought to fix it all. He then checked that all intake lines and various leak-points to ensure no other current or future problems. During these Coronavirus times, Bill was very careful to keep our contact at a minimum and still do a great job! Even better, I was able to stay on an online meeting while he worked. I would recommend Summit to anyone looking for great service, and will be using them on my next ""project"" - replacing my water heater

So no one was available to work on my boiler after hours and when I got in touch with someone they didn't have experience with my setup. However they recommended Bill and they were right. Not only did he fix the issue with my boiler, he explained why it was malfunctioning on a timely basis for my tenants. He is upfront, kind, and very personable when making small talk. Definitely someone to call for repairs

Do NOT use this guy! This dude is a rude conartist and an embarrassment as a craftsman. I paid him twice to check my boiler and it still didn't work properly. I called him to see if he stands by his work and he said only the work he completed. I asked him if my system still isn't working right why should I pay him again to fix the problem he should've fixed the first time and he said he doesn't own my boiler. He is either incompetent or trying to rip me off, either way it's not acceptable. I had alkota out and they fixed it in half the time and price. Thanks for nothing Bill.
