They are a great local company that cuts out all the unnecessary costs (I had a large plumbing company that quoted more than double what Matt quoted).

the gentleman who repaired my water heater ""Chip"". I called I Sunday evening and he was here first thing Monday morning. It took him perhaps 90 minutes. He repaired what was broken, didn't try to sell a new one when I only needed an element. I was impressed with his work ethics. I would hope all Simpsons Plumbing are as well.

Two days ago I had Ryan from Summerson Plumbing helping with an emergency with my outdoor sprinklers and I'm recommending this plumbing company to all of my friends and neighbors ever since. Ryan came asap, drained the pipes, gave me an expert advice how to winterize and didn't charge me for anything. He said: ""there was nothing to repair"". I'm sure there is more than few of us who were charged $80 or $100 for plumber to just show up, doing very minimum or nothing. Summerson's Plumbing people are fabulous! I recommend them to everyone.

Matt helped us with a few of our plumbing problems last year. He replaced the water line from the street to the house and installed a new dishwasher and faucet for us. He was always on time and quick to respond, fair priced, and really nice and professional. Just a few weeks ago the line he replaced to the house sprang a leak. The men that came out from the city to shut off our water took a look and said that it was very common for this type of leak to occur. I called Matt and also sent him a text with a picture of what was going on, we were in a time crunch because we wanted our water back on and were going to be selling our house in 2 days. He responded quick to my text and made it out the next day! I was pretty hysterical and he never made me feel like I was overreacting We had a lot of work done in our home and used a lot of different contractors, Matt by far was our favorite and we highly recommend him!

Called them almost 24 hours ago and left a voicemail with 2 numbers. Never received a call back. Even tried to call again this morning and went straight to voicemail again. Probably do a great job as they were referred to me but doesn't really matter when you can't get a call back!
