I'm writing this to recommend and thank Ron Summers of Summers Plumbing Service for doing a prompt, very professional and thorough service to repair and install everything related to plumbing in my home in June 2018. Even though he was overwhelmed with work due to the extreme devastation caused by hurricane Irma, he still was able to work with us so we could return to our home with our handicapped sister. I would highly recommend Mr. Summers for any plumbing work you need, and rest assured it will be done right and with an eye to great quality.

I should have written this a week ago but, I was ill and then I forgot. A week a half ago, on Friday night, water was coming up near the meter. Water company came out said leak was on my side of the meter, I'd have to repair it myself. We shut the water off. On Saturday morning, I called Summers Plumbing and spoke with Ron. Explained the situation; he said he'd had one call ahead of me, he'd be here in approximately 2 hours. He arrived in an hour and a half. He fixed the leak in a half an hour. His price was fair, especially for a weekend call. This morning my neighbor rang my doorbell at 7:30, water coming up from meter box. We dug it up, it was coming another area closer to the meter. I called Ron, he was here in half an hour. He repaired it in half an hour. Again, his price was reasonable. I highly recommend him if you have a problem. He is polite, very reasonable with his pricing and he does a great job. Thank you Ron.

Quoted me a price to change out a leaking water heater, then the morning of the job he sent me a text telling me he changed the model for one of lesser size and quality, but the price was going to be the same. According to his website he's been doing this 35 years, but I'm supposed to believe he didn't know the unit he quoted me was all of the sudden special order and twice the price! He then gave me attitude when I expressed my displeasure with the situation and asked to reschedule so I could measure for other units fitment. He then had the nerve to tell me he wouldn't even do the job at all unless I accepted his shady bait and switch today acting like he was doing me a favor. Hard pass, leaky water heater or not I'm not going to let a con man take advantage of me. Avoid his business and don't be fooled by bait and switch con man Ron.

Ron did a great job! He was quick and efficient! Needed a toilet replaced and he did it the Saturday after Christmas. Answered the phone and was there less than 2 hours later.

Within two hours of my call about a leaking water heater, Ron, Summers Plumbing owner arrived at my home. He had the replacement water heater already in his truck and promptly went to work. Ron did a great job! I would highly recommend using him for any plumbing needs. I called him at 6pm because I had to shut off the water to my house pipe was broken. He came the next day by 10:30am and did a great job repairing everything. His pricing was very fair. Anyone looking for a local plumber would enjoy working with him.

I called Summers Plumbing at random and it must have been my lucky day. Usually you call a plumbing company and get sent an employee with little experience. With Summers Plumbing you get the owner Ron. Ron is a master plumber with decades of high level experience in both residential and commercial plumbing. I would venture to say that there is little that he has not dealt with numerous times in his work history. I called because the pipes in the wall behind my toilet started to rattle and make a loud noise whenever you flushed. Ron not only sounded confident on the phone that he could handle it but was able to come out the same day. He came dealt with the issue and I even had him change out the master valve outside the house while he was here. He exceeds expectations with his craftsmanship and comes in at a reasonable cost. He will be my go to guy as long as I am in Southwest Florida!

Wow! Finally a courteous plumber who actually takes pride in his work and knows what he is doing. I can't recommend them enough, great service with a knowledge of plumbing that comes from experience. If you want it done right he is the man.

Was charged a 75.00 troubleshooting (bull shit) In addition to a 69.00 service fee Did not feel like he was a honest person at all. He new what was wrong before he got to my place and could have called and told me what to check but he wanted to make fast easy money. Would not recommend this guy. Especially someone elderly. He would take advantage to make a buck.

Had appoinment for 9:00 am. Then he changed to 8:30. I agreed. He called at 8:00 telling me he couldn't get there until 10:30-11:00 because of medical appointment on the scheduled day. Called back at 9:15 saying he was ready and showed up at 10:00... Came in, immediately asked to use MY bathroom and left the seat up. He did NOTHING and gave me bill for $214.00. He actually told me his """"time was valuable """". He also went up my stairs with no shoe covers on his dirty feet DO NOT HIRE, CREEP.
