Let me tell you a little bit about our experience with Ron. We needed some help after a pipe burst bursts in the ground. Mind you this be a Saturday and understand it is not normal business hours. He agreed to come out to come and fix our pipe while we cleared the ground outside for him to fix this. All he did was tell us that it is not part of our main water system and only our irrigation system of which he then told us it will be $230 for less then 5 minutes of his time after I, myself, turned the pump back on for our reverse osmosis system we have water again. He never offered to fix our problem of the leak of the irrigation system even though that was why he was hired. I then asked him why he wouldn't be fixing our system today and charging us the money hes charging and he responded """"because you don't own me"""". Extremely rude and became disrespectful and would never recommend him. For Ron when you see this you need to learn how to treat customers and stop ripping people off. I would have been happy to pay the $500 for you to actually fix the problem but then tell me I need to have you come back and it will be another service charge. Get lost man I hope you and your company fail. *Response to owner after he reviewed and commented on google* This is not the discussion we had and sent you pictures of what we needed fixed. When you decided to charge us for literally doing nothing is when I asked you when you could come back and fix what we asked you to fix and you got an attitude with a customer. Your unprofessional, period. I work in customer service and your just a bad company. You were also told to leave my property. At the end of the day, you didnt even fully assess the situation and the well pressurized water past the valve of the shutoff for the irrigation system and continued to flood throughout the night and had to turn the well off in the morning. This probably wasted thousands of gallons of water and threatened our well to potentially running dry. If you were professional, I wouldn't have had a problem paying you but clearly by the description of this that was not the case. She paid you anyways of which you literally have no problem taking her money. We don't appreciate the voicemail and my review will stand unless you want to refund her. Do not contact us again or I will file a complaint with the police department next

Called for repair of nonfunctional shower faucets. Talked directly to Ron who came out within an hour. Very courteous and polite. He was able to fix the faucets that 2 plumbers had not been able to fix despite multiple visits in a few hours. Left the site clean. Great job and will use his services again.

We had a poor experience with Summers plumbing today. Ron arrived in the morning to help resolve some plumbing issues we had. The moment he arrived Ron was dismissive and very abrasive. He worked for 2 hours and 45 minutes and then announced he had to leave and come back to finish the job but before he left he demanded that we pay him $600. He returned an hour later to finish the job, which at that time I asked if he could give me an estimated cost for completion. He said it would be over a $1000 or more. This was not a big job to complete so when I asked him why he's charging me so much he became angry and disgruntle. He left without completing the work and I am now out $600 with unfinished plumbing work. I've never met a plumber that makes more then $250 an hour. This company lacks integrity so beware!

Ron did a great job! He was quick and efficient! Needed a toilet replaced and he did it the Saturday after Christmas. Answered the phone and was there less than 2 hours later.

Quoted me a price to change out a leaking water heater, then the morning of the job he sent me a text telling me he changed the model for one of lesser size and quality, but the price was going to be the same. According to his website he's been doing this 35 years, but I'm supposed to believe he didn't know the unit he quoted me was all of the sudden special order and twice the price! He then gave me attitude when I expressed my displeasure with the situation and asked to reschedule so I could measure for other units fitment. He then had the nerve to tell me he wouldn't even do the job at all unless I accepted his shady bait and switch today acting like he was doing me a favor. Hard pass, leaky water heater or not I'm not going to let a con man take advantage of me. Avoid his business and don't be fooled by bait and switch con man Ron.

I should have written this a week ago but, I was ill and then I forgot. A week a half ago, on Friday night, water was coming up near the meter. Water company came out said leak was on my side of the meter, I'd have to repair it myself. We shut the water off. On Saturday morning, I called Summers Plumbing and spoke with Ron. Explained the situation; he said he'd had one call ahead of me, he'd be here in approximately 2 hours. He arrived in an hour and a half. He fixed the leak in a half an hour. His price was fair, especially for a weekend call. This morning my neighbor rang my doorbell at 7:30, water coming up from meter box. We dug it up, it was coming another area closer to the meter. I called Ron, he was here in half an hour. He repaired it in half an hour. Again, his price was reasonable. I highly recommend him if you have a problem. He is polite, very reasonable with his pricing and he does a great job. Thank you Ron.

Within two hours of my call about a leaking water heater, Ron, Summers Plumbing owner arrived at my home. He had the replacement water heater already in his truck and promptly went to work. Ron is competent, professional, courteous, and very pleasant to work with. His price was fair and he did an excellent job. I highly recommend Summers Plumbing.

Wow! Finally a courteous plumber who actually takes pride in his work and knows what he is doing. I can't recommend them enough, great service with a knowledge of plumbing that comes from experience. If you want it done right he is the man.

Our water heater went out on a Saturday afternoon yesterday. Certainly did not want to face the possibility of no hot water throughout the rest of the weekend. Called Ron at Summers Plumbing as per a recommendation from a friend. Reached Ron right before 5 p.m. as he was finishing up a job. He was out at the house within 2 hours and he fixed the faulty hot water heater by 8pm. I was so appreciative for the quick service. He was also very courteous and informative and explained the problem thoroughly. Will be calling Ron for future plumbing needs.
